Re: EU referendum - What will you vote?
Anyhow my vote is cast.
I meet many different nationalities in my work and speaking to a couple of Russians recently they voted out which quite surprised me but I will be honest they were more knowledgeable about pros and cons than 99% of people I have spoken to.
If we leave then so be it, if we stay in I'm moving abroad, there must be tons of land going cheap with fuck all people in it.

Doesn't every one on here? Their own opinions I mean.LeftfootlegendGooner wrote:Wtf seriously you rate your opinion far far to highlyChippy wrote:And so the conspiracy theories start. If Remain win there will be loads of bollocks stuff about how it was stolen. If Leave wins and the economy goes down the toilet, which it inevitably will do, then there will be another lot of conspiracies about (fill in your favourite hate figure(s)) punishing the English.

Astounding - doesn't everybody who is already registered get a polling card through about 5 weeks beforehand???Chippy wrote:northbank123 wrote:What do you mean Chippy? If they are already on the register why would they need to be applying - wouldn't they already have received a polling card?

But many people are not very organised or, in normal elections, very interested, so many cards will go straight in the recycling or mixed in with all the pizza delivery flyers.northbank123 wrote:Astounding - doesn't everybody who is already registered get a polling card through about 5 weeks beforehand???Chippy wrote:northbank123 wrote:What do you mean Chippy? Re: EU referendum - What will you vote?
Apathy has ruined the political system . Those that bother to vote are already registered and know the system. It's the ones that can't be bothered that the government are trying to sway to their side. It seems that the remain side is dominated by the financial sector and one has to wonder whether their continual bleating that we will be worse off actually should read "" I will be worse off "".
Those in the city would do well to remember that they are probably one of the most distrusted groups in the country and that people have not forgotten Fred Goodwin and the banking crisis.

You're absolutely right. That's why they are backing Brexit. https://www.theguardian.com/business/20 ... ing-brexitA11M11 wrote:Apathy has ruined the political system . Yes education is a terrible thing. Let's put our trust in Nigel "I think the doctors have got it wrong on smoking," and Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson (Eton and Oxford).Top Londoner wrote:LeftfootlegendGooner wrote:"Are we out yet?"

Re: EU referendum - What will you vote?
That Nigel Farage is an interesting chap!
As an outsider looking in at your Leave/Stay issue, I think you will be a bit fucked economically if you leave tbh. I think you need to apply the Farage Equation; y'know - do the exact opposite of everything Farage says?
