Have to be honest and say that I watched the wales game last night so I cant comment on the English game although it sounds like I dodged a massive bullet
Wales played really well it has to be said and played with real passion and conviction I don't think that bale has played at all well in these championships, so wanking off about being the first player to score in all 3 games for a number of years (since horseface ), is ignoring his lack of contribution imo (at least in the last two games).

The irony is that it seems to me that engerland will have an easier path now after finishing second, than wales did after topping the group. The prospect of a bale v ladyboy Ronaldo face off is looking a real possibility, so that should make the build up to the game interesting

Savage is a complete bell-end and always will be. He would have made sure that he was in the news regardless of how Wales, England or anybody else got on.

Nicking Wigan/NIs Will Grigg song wouldn't reflect great on us....

to be honest I still don't think England have much to fear except themselves in this tournament. Would be a huge shock if they beat Germany or Spain but no reason at all why they can't beat France in a tasty quarter-final if they meet there.

I think Wales will struggle if they come up against Croatia or slightly less so Czech Republic - that said after years of heartbreak I have backed Wales to lose every game so far and they have kept proving me wrong. Not saying for a minute that I think they will, but looking at the draw there's no reason why they couldn't make it to the semis. Having gotten out of the group and put in some sterling performances I can enjoy the last 16 game a bit more as anything from here is a bonus. 5 o clock Saturday kick off is handy too...

I like NI but what a travesty if they qualify for the knockout stages imo. Letting half of Europe qualify for the tournament and then a side who hasn't even landed a punch in two of their games going through is a bit silly.
