As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

England are arrogant. they have nothing to crow about. they were lucky to beat a championship quality (minus bale) wales in stoppage time, and yet everyone then says they are the next golden generation etc. in reality they have failed to beat or seriously struggled to beat 3 championship equivalent quality sides (minus the odd star, bale/hamsik)
as soon as a couple of proper teams faces England that's the end. woy will carry on as there's no one else and the same old crap will get picked as there's no alternative.
England are based around an average Tottenham team (bar the mongolid) who simply appeared to do well as the wilfully blind (both fans and media) keep saying so despite all them doing was standing still whereas the big clubs went backwards. they had less points than when avb was sacked. hence England are built on a core of shite,,,dier, rose, walker should never in a million years be near the England team, likewise smalling. alli should not be a starter. there's a dearth of English talent and its just been bigged up cos of the scums supposedly miraculous season.
So England are arrogant and that twat Savage isn't? I remember when he first started punditry he was sat next to TH14 giving it the large about how Leicester would give Arsenal a game back in the day. It took TH14 one sentence to dismiss the prick. Fucking hell what is the world coming to. Last night he couldn't help but gloat like the arrogant *word censored* he is. Small time footballer trying to be a big time pundit LMAO.
As for England being arrogant, that's the most ludicrous thing to say. It's not as if we have anything to be arrogant about. The manager is far from arrogant, and if there are any arrogant players it's probably the likes of Wilshere who thinks hes the dogs bollocks when he's not on the injury table!
I guess the Welsh have taken over from the Scots in the deluded stakes.
savage is but hes a comedy figure living up to a pantomime villain kind of thing. no one takes him seriously hes a laughing stock. that's what he makes his money from.
yet England take themselves very seriously.
Savage pantomime villain, really? Have you heard him on TV or Radio he means every word he speaks. If he was a genuine wind up artist I would say fair play, but to constantly come out with all this bullshit kind of just shows him up as a bit gormless.
Don't accuse the English of being arrogant when there is lots of it in your country mainly coming from "so called" pundits. Hartson was at it last night on 606 as well.
On a lighter note Northern Ireland fans are amazing, found this vid from youtube "Will Griggs on fire, your defence is terrified", wouldnt be too hard for us to replace that with Sanchez on fire!
Have to say that the player who has impressed me most so far is Perišić from Croatia - he has good ball control and has bags of energy in midfield, and links their team as much as modric or ratatic do

Looking at Spain v Germany and England v France (potentially) quarter finals on the same side of the draw - opens the other side right up for a minnow!

both songs are shite
take me home been doing the rounds at englad games for couple of years at least
I'm getting in a big old bag of cocaine for tonight's snooze-fest between Oireland and Italy. I'll fucking need it to stay awake. With the Italians' notorious "defensive ability" and our absolute ineptitude as an attacking team, we will witness one of the most stale, boring excuses for a football match ever suffered by humanity.
Nil all bore draw (at best). Or one-nil to Italy (most likely).

Will Grigg song is shite? When have you seen Arsenal fans make a song sound that impressive when its sung en masse lately. Ohh wait when have you heard Arsenal fans singing in numbers lately.
We seriously need some knew songs, and I'm sorry "Alexi Sanchez Baby" just sounds camp, so why not replace it with Sanchez on fire.

Italy making an apparent seven changes which apparently gives Ireland a greater chance...Not convinced by that argument, they are not bringing in amateur players, these are players chomping at the bit after watching their two wins from the bench..
I think Ireland would be better playing a full strength Italy who may be minding themselves a bit for the Spain game, rather than playing fresh players wanting to prove themselves for the Spain game..
Either way I think the Euros end tonight for Ireland..

A good few years ago someone from here sent a few songs to redaction but got not so much a go fuck yourself in reply. They were pretty good as well.

I think we can safely say Redaction as an entity are obsolete these days. Their website is a joke and that singing section in block 7 is nowhere near as vocal as it used to be.
