Re: The ONLY Euro 2016 thread
I hope the welsh win tonight - forgetting about the quality of these championships for a minute, I think that it is great to see the smaller nations have their day in the sun and I hope they can go even further

Not expecting a result but think Wales are more than capable of getting one against this overrated side.
Wales can't sit back as much as they did in Lens against England or in Brussells in qualifying.
If they concede in the first 15-20 I can't see them coming back and think it will be a procession. That said I said the same about Iceland v England

I am a massive belguim fan , well for today at least couldn't stand the gloating if they go through![]()
So, again - sorry to our Welsh viewers, usually I'd cheer you on - but I hope you get bumholed 0-7.![]()

Ditto.
They cheered us getting beaten, and I hope to do the same to our neighbouring principality.

Obviously my view is from the outside looking in, but it always makes me laugh when I hear English people talk about the uk or great Britain, but at the same time they are quick to want one of the other "home countries" to fall flat on their face

Other Home Nationsfair enough, but after spending the best part of six decades largely cheering on anyone but England in major tournaments I don't think many Wales fans actually expect the English to be cheering us on.
Particularly after that small Time video posted to social media with the players celebrating the Iceland win.

if it wasn't for ramsey i would have serious trouble cheering them on. hope he has a stormer.
i had a small soft spot for oireland back when we had a couple of their lads (o'leary, quinn, gorman?) and scotland with charlie nick but without any arsenal interest they might as well all fuck off! but then i have the same attitude with england and any other country so there we are

Fair play to Wales...they really have some spirit....knew they would come back......Belgium a better team but Wales just don't give up

Yes fair play BUT, if English players are to be slated for a lack of game intelligence, then the same should definitely be applied to at least two of the 3 welsh bookings - getting two defenders booked for petty stupid trips or pull backs in the opposition half is as fcuking stupid as it gets and it does my head in

Talking of doing my head in, ramsey's lethargic/lazy attitude is seriously pissing me off and his lack of pressing for their goal was shocking

Re: The ONLY Euro 2016 thread
The sheep fondlers can get fucked after that video of them celebrating like they had won the world cup when Iceland scored their 2nd against us.
At least Ramsey has decided to play well in back to back games for the first time in about 3 years.

If Wales hold on here they have a serious chance of reaching the final
