As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Fast forward to November and after a few losses the same inlaws will have lost interest and found a new shiny distraction..

Really worried about the opening day. Supposedly Sanchez, Ozil, Kosicleny, Giroud, have all been given extended breaks. Mertesacker is out for months with an injury. Its bad enough Giroud being our number 1, but its even worse when he is unavailable.
Going into the new season, your supposed to be fresh and ready, with new signings gelled, yet we will go in under prepared and undermanned.
I imagine the line up will be something like Cech, Bellerin, Chambers, Gabriel, Monreal, Coquelin, Xhaka, Elneny, Iwobi, Cazorla, Walcott.
Absent new signings, and our top stars returning to action and form, the prospect of a title challenge would be over inside the first 6 weeks.
Wenger dragging his feet again. Displaying high levels of ignorance and living in denial.
I will continue to argue that it is fcuking ridiculous when you look at how long of a break our players get compared to the players at most other clubs The likes of wilshere have done fcuk all for almost 12 months and he should be the first one back to club training Since he has got injured the club has bought in two new players to compete for his position, and instead of getting in early and staking his claim for a starting spot, he stays at home so he can behave like a chav doing whatever he likes
No motivation or ambition in him anymore and I never thought that I would ever say that
Read an article yesterday which went through each team in the PL and looked at how many players will miss the opening day of the season from each squad.

Guess what club topped that list
however....the cult followers over on Untold Arsenal think that this is a positive
I had a look on there a couple of weeks back and they were saying because we would have more of our team absent this meant that we had the better players (because so many did well in Euro 2016)

Yeah like when he rested players last year...without exception they came back and played shit......other teams did not rest anyone and carried on playing well
Wenger in a world of his own....no one respects him anymore
