Still one of the funniest, most delusional comments ever posted on here! :coffeespit:

Seriously, can we have a "smug" emoticon? :D

No doubt in my mind that we will yet again finish above them next season. Wanyama is a good signing but not world class. Can be reckless at times as we saw last season. Will be exposed playing in the CL next season IMO. They are still unable to attract top, top players.

Harry Kane is a massive player for them though. A striker who regularly scores goals can elevate an average team into one that simply won't go away. Bale had a similar effect. We desperately need a match winner like that; we fail in key moments far too often. :(

But yeah, I think we'll finish above them again as well. 4th place as usual. Great. How exciting. :suicide:

Agreed! But if anything last season showed us what a bunch of losers that lot is

I laughed my head off when they lost to Newcastle so ugly when they had a chance to pass us in league table. They are shit and has always been shit.

Dear Mods - Could one of you change the name of this thread to something along the lines of The ItchyBlahBlah & Hartson Thread?

N17 beat Inter 6-1 tonight. Hopefully it was the Italians youth team or at least an underprepared side.

If Lloris, Alderweireld, Dier, Alli, Eriksen and Kane all manage to play just about every minute of every PL game again along with CL factor, and the other sides in the league don't bother trying to figure them out, then they might just about do as well as last season which will this year be about 10 points off the pace as Chelsea/United/City get their act together.

5th behind us.

Not convinced about 5th being nailed on for them, i think they need to pay real attention to Spammers and the Victims too and i'm not convinced that Leicester can't have a decent season too even if nowhere near what they did last year :rubchin:
