I've gone for VT. We have good players, we control the ball well and will be strong at home. Xhaka and Elneny look good in midfield, though AW's lovechild Rambo will no doubt play.

Citeh, Manure and the Chavs have strengthened massively and the Victims and Scum have recruited better than us, but I'd be surprised if all five do well.

A top CF and CB and I'd think we could challenge, but aint gonna happen.

As Falkirk said, Wenger isn't trying to win it, so I really don't give a shit either. Personally, I don't want him to spend because he can't train them. Look at Gabriel at Villareal as opposed to the Gabriel now. He went from an assured defender to one who is very limited.

Give the kids a whack this year to get some experience and then go all out for Simeone next year.

5th/6th place. We're going to ship a lot more goals this season, well into the 40s I reckon over the campaign. The Mustafi signing would make me think twice about that, but at the moment we have the fading Mertesacker, the unconvincing Gabriel, Koscielny who seems to be needing injury management more and more. The two English yoof are exactly that, should be out somewhere playing a Premier League season on loan, both of them. Chambers has gone backwards since breaking through at Southampton and we can only hope Holding doesn't stall in the same way here.

An obvious top 3, then Leicester should fancy their chances of finishing ahead of ourselves, Middlesex' finest and Liverpool (their fans will presumably get real and still consider this a huge success).

If he signs Mustafi and Lacazette we're back in the driving seat for the 4PT, but until then, we musn't get too excited

Manure may well win it, City second, Chavs third, bindippers perhaps 4th, us somewhere after that. Fifth but could be lower if West Ham have a decent season and some one like Everton or Southampton do well. Anyway, we're not going to get close to winning it, so where we finish just depends on how bored the players get by February/March and whether they can be bothered to raise themselves above Wanker's incompetence.
