As usual happy to opine freely on anything and everything else - not least Pogba and Ibrahimovich.

Trots out the same bollocks making it clear that he's waiting for a quality player to fall into our lap for a pittance.

Clubs' revenue has increased dramatically, their willingness to spend big sums has rocketed massively yet he has somehow become even more reluctant.

Fucking charlatan. He has ruined football for me. A shit manager is one thing but a manager who actually ensures that we don't have the platform to succeed and to who winning isn't everything is disgusting.

one thing is confusing me this summer.

we all know that there is probably a new contract on the table for Wenger to sign, and he could sign that whilst plodding away in the same manner he has done this past decade.

however....the lack of new signings this summer really could cause problems for us this season. it will require all of Wenger's tactical nous   to get us near the top 4 holy grail again. if the team really struggles as it might how will he really be able to sign that contract?

And there's the crux of one of those issues - he'll decide when to leave. Which leads into the other issue; why do we have to wait for a failing manager to decide he will leave? 12 years without winning the PL and on a few occasions he absolutely blew the fucking chance to win it by his ineptitude and arrogant self-belief. And yet no one has taken him to task? Would the next manager be any different? Maybe. Hopefully. But with the current shit owners still in charge isn't there a serious risk that the next guy will also fall into that comfort zone of delivering the bare minimum? :(

The thinking was, no way could Wenger not react with extraordinary measure as a response to the failed title bid, and the fact this years league will be extremely competitive.

Yet here we are, Giroud still number 1 striker, and Rob Holding who spent last season playing in League One, is likely to start at centre half against Liverpool. Initially the thinking was we would sign a centre half. Although it then became a necessity when it was revealed Mertesacker would be out for months, yet now Gabriel is supposed to be out for 2 months, and with LK still not match fit, Callum Chambers is the senior centre half, and Rob Holding his starting partner. This is Wenger not doing his job. If you are a structural engineer, and did nothing when one of the pillars showed obvious signs of decay - you get sacked. Why isnt Wenger getting sacked for sitting on his ass whilst the problems build up?

This is why I have no time for the pundits, because they never learn - they dont get it through their thick heads. Wenger is not going to address the short comings. Wenger has his own way, and he will be fucked before he ever changes. So when the likes of Seaman, Henry, Souness, Dixon, Redknapp, and all the other Wenger lovers say things like 'oh I support Arsene, but he just needs to sign three players'. Will they just shut the F up because for a decade now, Wenger has done it his own way. You cant support Wenger on the condition he do the bare necessities - because history has shown it wont happen. Simply put, if you support Wenger, you endorse Giroud as striker. If you support Wenger, you are quite happy to see Arsenal go into the season under-prepared and undermanned.

Every year, its always the same - 'I support Wenger, but he just needs to sign 3 players'. And they fuking say the same thing every year, and every year the players dont come and we falter. Last year people couldnt believe Wenger didnt sign an outfield player. Refusal to do so had dire consequences. And here are again.......

What has been learned?
Yes. I've been thinking this for years now. All this love for Wanker is absolutely mad. Those who back him despite his obvious incompetence and gross negligence have, like that fucking awful Red Action shit years ago, held this club back. There's no two ways about it. As for the pundits and the 'he'll get some players in and he deserves our respect' lot, they're just a joke. What I can't work out is why this shit is tolerated. How can they sit there and let this shit happen again and again. It actually makes them look stupid. Having said that, I think this might well be the season when the media do turn. The move has been slow, but last year, for the first time ever, we saw the press actually asking more pertinent questions and starting to question Wanker's arrogant, pathetic answers. He got away with it last year as Maureen, Van Gaal and Raneiri got all the attention but this year, he's under pressure right away.

what dire consequences ?
ok we didn't beat Leicester City to the league but as any AKB will tell you neither did City, United, Chelsea, Spurs or Liverpool.

we finished 2nd - our highest for 12 years.
what did Wenger learn from that? he learnt that he didn't have to buy anyone much this summer either.

I don't agree with it but that is his mentality and also that of the majority who populate the Emirates these days.

I agree with most of this, especially that results this season will have fuck all impact on Wenger signing a new deal, but I still cant buy into the idea that a new manager alone, wouldn't make a big difference. Lets say a new manager comes in, and has even a shred of ambition, then straightaway, he will be more active in the transfer market. There has been zero suggestion that Kroenke has prevented Wenger from spending money. Think of the different aspects of the club that Wenger controls, and think of how different it would work, with him removed. I'm no fan of Kroenke, as he is a money grabbing bastard, with fuck all ambition, but his ownership of the club, has zero to do with the repeated failures, and weekly instances of incompetence that have become normal. As bad as Kroneke is, if you gave the exact same resources to another manager, we would be far more successful.

You're right. Wenger does what he is supposed to do and that is keep the club in the money places (ie top 4).
The Septic Kroenke then uses cash rich Arsenal to fund his American based clubs ( ie he borrows money against his cash rich assets).
This funding is allowing him to build a brand new stadium for his LA Rams American Football team, which to him is THE No. 1 club that he owns.
The other Septic, Gazidis, is just one of his appointed employees, who is overseeing the UK part of his operations but ultimately all roads lead to America and the LA Rams.
Arsenal just happens to be a part of that bigger operation and playing is just playing its part.

Oh yeah, don't get me wrong, I'm not saying a new manager wouldn't make a difference. The problem is though that simply being ambitious isn't a guarantee of success or even improvement. There is the risk that the new guy might turn out no better technically than Wenger as a manager, slumps into "top 4 is success" mode, and we are back to square one, because the wig molester won't sack him either!

I'm not for a minute saying if we can't get rid of Gazidis and Wiggy then we shouldn't bother getting rid of Wenger. We simply have to get rid of Wenger, but for us to really move forward the whole culture of Wenger and Gazidis and Wiggy has to be removed.

Wenger has been the best manager in the premier league in terms of turning a club into a solid business.

We are most financially stable then any club in the world in my honest opinion. As a business owner I would want my manager to be like him.

However you also need to keep your fans, or clients in my case, happy. That means upgrading players (software), stadiums (premises) and trophies (hmmm struggling to find a comparison with this one in my case).

Anyway, we can't knock the old boy. He has turned our club around. I agree we need a new injection of fresh air. What manager is there that we could possible get to take on the reigns? Mourinho?! Pep? Klopp? Seriously these guys just spend spend spend. That's all good but look at our stadium, facilities, food, venue, it's top notch.

I sound bias but maybe that's because i have 10 season tickets and 2 platinums plus i run the finance office for the hospitality company, so I live and breathe the club. But still , we are a solid club. We just need a manager that doesn't just want to spend all the cash and f*ck us

Any ideas of a manager that has it all??

From todays arseblog :

Once again the media are happy to pick up his baton and run with it because he generates headlines and clicks and that’s the world we live in.

Too few of them actually question his motives, too few of them actually dare confront him or call it out for what it is"

Could he finally be criticising wenker for his ineptitude ?? No of course not cos it is the portugese arrogant c.unt he is slating  A man that refuses point blank to criticise arsole wenker or any of the w*nkers running our club. has to cheek to slate meeja guys for failing to criticise moaninho............slightly ironic don't you think ?
