Victlms fc at home Sun 14th August

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Sanchez was lost and ineffective up front by himself.
Another, home first game of the season, another defeat. Shit even our first game of the season is consistent.
Yep. The appalling performances on the first day of the season over the last few years point to a totally inneffective and poorly-planned pre-season. Like the constant injuries, nothing ever happens though. It's down to the out-dated methods used by the most incompetent *word censored* in football. Just fuck off.

Nah,he could go the whole season without a win and he'd keep his job....and the wankers over the grove would just take it and pay 1500 quid plus again and again and again.....Wenger is UNTOUCHABLE,he'll go when Arsene is ready

What a shambles, Liverpool were average at times but got the run on Arsenal and in that 20 minutes showed Arsenal and Arsene for what they are...Sanchez was poor, Walcott took the goal well but apart from that he was.. Walcott... Elneny was OK but it made sense to Wenger to take him off and leave the "second yellow card waiting to happen" Coquelin on..Xhaka is an angry young man..predict a few reds for him this season.. Bellerin was OK in the first half not so in.the second.. central defenders were exposed and shown up for what they are, inexperienced frightened kids...Ramsey is back at Arsenal after playing in a disciplined Wales side and it showed..
He is probably out til January anyway..Thought Cech could have done better on the first goal..good free kick but not sure it was unsavable
Not happy but not surprised..

You see, that's because they suddenly realised they had a chance again, so they bottled it.

I cant bring myself to be angry anymore, if anything its funny to watch. We have a manager, who knows that the current squad have never been good enough, but refuses to strengthen against all logic. He instead picks a CB, who was relegated from the championship last season and throws him in against L'pool in the 1st game of the season. This same manager, smugly declared this week, that "it's just noise", in reference to fans wanting to see new signings. Expecting any sort of success, within that climate, is just going against logic.

Yep. Couldn't give a fuck any more. The club is dead until that *word censored* is gone.

Once you stop giving them your money the losses become easier and easier to take, until you just feel nothing and get on with your day.

If you hand over your money every season because you ''love the Arsenal'' and then come on here bitching and moaning every week, you deserve everything you get.

I seen on twitter, a picture of a guy holding a banner saying "Where's our Money"? The stewards took it off him. That guy is contributing to the Arsenal gravy train, and the club are treating people like him, like shit in return. Not only is it ridiculous to be attending games(if your Wenger out) but you also have to put up with the Arsenal gestapo monitoring your every thought.

Oliver Kay ‏@OliverKayTimes 8 minutes ago

Press conf, Wenger puts Arsenal defeat down to:
1) Psychological blow of #LFC equaliser
2) "Physically we're not ready yet"
3) Inexperience
Please just fuck off.

Imagine Mo Farah or any of those Olympians rocking up in Rio and "not being ready"....

To do what?Giroud is part of the problem.Tale away Cech Kos Ozil and Sanchez we are an average team.We need to get rid of Wenger and give a new manager 2 years to built a new team from the shit Wenger will have left. How we let managers like Klopp and Koeman go when they were available was unforgivable.Wenger hasnt got the game or tactics to compete with serial winners Pep and Jose
