Liverpool are shit. Klopp is not the managerial genius a few would try and have us believe. Any other top team would have put that Liverpool team to the sword 5-0 without breaking sweat. Jumping about and looking for attention and liking heavy metal and saying the things that make the less intelligent fan think he is a great manager, doesn't actually make Klopp a great manager. You can only play the "hey I'm so likeable and eccentric" card for so long before you become just a clown.

Unfortunately, we are more shit than they are and our "manager" is far more shit than even Klopp. I saw two teams yesterday that will scrap it out for that magical 4th place spot at best.

I was angry when they equalised. Angry when they went ahead. And then for the 3rd and 4th I was just numb. I just sat there and thought "fuck this why bother? I've a season of this shit ahead of me." Even when we got our 2nd and 3rd, when I should have been thinking "we could get a draw here or maybe even nick a win", I was actually thinking "we will still lose because our incompetent fuckwit of a manager doesn't do in-game tactics, he just sits there hugging himself like a teenager debating whether to self harm or not..."

Cech was poor. No denying it. Golden gloves last season but he looks rusty and woefully unready for this season. An excuse might be the utter gash of a defense in front of him, but still a couple of those goals were savable...

Walcott was total vadge. Missed a penno, scored a decent goal, and then actually achieved invisibility. At one point my son asked me if Walcott had gone off, I wasn't sure he hadn't!!

The Ox is a real enigma. Comes on and fucking takes it to them. Did brilliant for his goal, even if the finish was lucky and their keeper should have had it. And then he went straight back to indecisive misplaced passing Ox of the last 2 seasons and literally everything he touched went to shit. WTF is going on with him?

Ramsey was back to being Messi-Lite Ramsey. A big portion of the blame for this has to rest with Wenger. How can Ramsey look disciplined and effective for Wales and then a few weeks later look fucking useless?? It has to be down to this ludicrous "go play your game" shit Wenger is still persisting with long after the actual players that could do that (DB10, RP7, TH14, PV4) have left the club. I actually thought "thank fuck for that" when Ramsey pulled up injured.

I cannot understand how anyone associated with Arsenal FC can defend Wenger. How can they accept him "leading" us into this season so woefully under strength? I honestly just cannot fucking understand these people. :|

agree with above.

I went for a walk in our local country park. Didn't even think about the game until our neighbour asked me around 7pm when we got home. I could only answer that I didn't know the score.

Hate to say it but I think I'd rather we finished the season around 8th or 9th and got knocked out of all the other cups at the first round. Only that will see Wenger going out the door.......

....and even then I'm not convinced he will

Any shock that such a poor and inexperienced defensive line shipped in four goals at home?

After the roaring success of Jenkinson and Chambers, nice to see Wenger continue his policy of plucking lower league players and thrusting them straight into our defence.

Just like Pat Rice before him, What does Steve Bould do to earn his wage?? It definitely ain't training our defence

Pretty much agree on this. However I have a suspicion that we see best of them later this year. Klopp has had intensive physical training regime to make his high tempo pressing game style possible with those players. That was nowhere to be seen yesterday but we'll see I guess.
Cech was poor. No denying it. Golden gloves last season but he looks rusty and woefully unready for this season. An excuse might be the utter gash of a defense in front of him, but still a couple of those goals were savable...

He was unready like the rest of the team around him. But I agree, he was average at best yesterday.

During the Euros I was surprised how good Ramsey actually was, at least compared to how awful he was with us. I can't believe that the player himself just decides to play well for his national team and utterly shit for his club. This has to be down to the manager, it has to be. After all it's the managers job to identify his players strenghts and weaknessess and give him detailed instructions based on that. "Go play your game" just doesn't work.
I cannot understand how anyone associated with Arsenal FC can defend Wenger. How can they accept him "leading" us into this season so woefully under strength? I honestly just cannot fucking understand these people.

This 100%.

Overall, yesterday was just one cluster fuck among many others. This has become a norm at Arsenal nowadays and you really could expect this to happen and it will happen over and over again. If the club doesn't give a fuck so why should the fans? I couldn't listen what wenker had to say after the game, I didn't give a fuck really. Listening to him just adds more fuel into the flames of hatred that I feel for him and it's not right. Who in his right mind hates the manager or any other person at the club you love? This is like a sick nightmare that just doesn't go away.

I know arseblog is not the most popular on here but yesterday in once sentence was summed up by him perfectly well

"Yesterday was dreadful, and the reason why it was dreadful was Arsene Wenger"

however my missus offered a more positive note on the subject

"use always start well and finish shit, so maybe this year use will start shit and end well"

25 + years of supporting the club home and away, and there is just honestly nothing left for me to give in terms of support while the current manager and board remain.

I actually think that his article about yesterdays match was very good.

it will be interesting to see how the club reacts to his condemnation of the manager. He is very much associated with club from my understanding and things like this do get back

Yeah, I thought about that too. The article did say as it is in my opinion and what is needed to make real change is to get these well known bloggers also involved in criticing the club.

Monreal was culpable for 3 of Liverpool 's goals. Out of position, not making challenges. If that was Gibbs he would have been ruined on this forum but not the same treatment of Nacho.
Still stings , hate losing to Liverpool.

Maybe but nachoman was one of our best players last season as Gibbs was mainly shit, actually he's been shit for years now. But I'll agree, Monreal didn't have the best of games yesterday but neither did any of them.

I also thought he ruined several attacks, by his inability to put a cross into the box. The most disappointing aspect of yesterday, is that L'pool are shit. Listening to Gary Neville, he kept talking about how brilliant L'pool's football was. It's easy to look good, when your up against a static midfield. Once they worked out, not to go central, they destroyed us. That was down to tactic's, and Wenger's lack of any.

Arseblog is an utter twat, all he's doing is all he's ever done, sitting smack bang in the middle of the fence and every now and then has a nibble at the hand that feeds him, he'll get a small smack on the wrists from the club and he'll be back in wengers pocket by the time vardy reminds us why we bid for him in the first place.

Exactly.100% correctomundo! 8) Gibbs has been ripped apart on here because he has been utter gash for years. Nacho has been very good for the last couple of seasons. Jesus, if we ripped Nacho apart after one bad game Nos89 would be calling us fickle! :banghead:

:D
