And the Queue begins

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

What also pisses me off is Wilshere missed all but 3 PL games last season through injury, and then the club let's him go to the Euro's, and lo and behold he comes back and gets crocked in a friendly. :x The club should have told Ingerland to fuck off and run Wilshere through full rehab and fitness programs rather than let him go to a tourny not fully fit from his injury. We pay his fucking wages, we should determine when, and for who, he plays. :x

Can you imagine alex ferguscum allowing a manure player to go to euro's in that situation ? Would he fcuk - he would have laid down the law to the player and he would have had the authority and power to enforce it. Only a manager as weak as ours will let a player dictate in these situations, but then again only a manager as weak as ours would allow his captain (rvp) to dictate what club he went to when leaving our club

All 20 premier league clubs have been playing friendlies, or for the Europa league lot, competitive games for the past 3 or so weeks now.

I keep an eye on the sports news pretty much every day and haven't heard a single story of any player from any of the other 19 clubs picking up a serious injury this pre season.....not one.

We're already up to two (the medical gurus say Jack's is "one week" ) so I won't count him.....yet.

It's all a bit fucking meh yet again heading into the start of the season. It's a fucking long long way to next May.

Don't know whether to laugh or cry..............wenger says that "Gabriel is in pain but lets hope it isn't bad" - unless you are the perma injured DB10 (where pain and injuries are like a part of the family  ), I've never known pain to be good

For weeks now I've resigned myself to the fact that this season will start as a repeat of the 2011/12 season, with multiple players unavailable, no real transfer business of note done and sleepwalking towards another embarrassing opening when everyone else has got their business done whilst we wait till 23:59 on deadline day to see if a trolley load of shite will be signed and hoping that the FA's fax machine still works

Holding and Chambers/Coquelin will be the centre half pairing when we play the Mickeys, of that I have no doubt, and it will result most likely in Kos being rushed back for the Leicester game only to suffer some form of muscle injury.

I honestly think it will be no points from the first two and then he'll appease the sheep with the signing of another big name midfielder that we don't need like Draxler.

We can only hope there's 1 more season left of this shite
