It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

Decent bitter is one of the few things I miss about Blighty. Last Summer, while visiting family, I stumbled upon the West of England real Ale Festival. Heaven!!
I'm back in England for September and looking forward to a pint or two of Shepherd Neame's best ales.
If I get bored at any point I might even try and catch one of our games, although I've heard Dulwich Hamlet is the place to be for proper football.
the worse thing about going to the arsenal for me is the shit beer i have to drink in london what is wrong with you people and your piss lager and god awful ales

Let's just clarify; ALL lager is piss. Absolute pisswater. ALL OF IT.
There are, however, some damn fine tasty Ales out there.
i like my ale db10 . in cork i drink murphys , else where i would have a smithwicks , i do like some of the new ales the pubs are doing now from the smaller brewers but its that slop they sell in england that is awful tbh and those hand pump pints , warm runny shite

Agreed they do have some awful shite warm salty ales but they have some damn tasty ones too.
Of our Oirish red ales I do like a chilled Smithwicks on a summer's eve (well I did when I used to drink!) Murphy's is a decent ale and I liked Bass and Caffrey's too.
Peterborough beer fest is second only to London Olympia in Earl's Court
That was on last week I think there's going to be over 400 real ales I will be in paradise
