Going for a very low scoring draw. If we can manage a goal, it will end 1-1. More Wenger Out chants...Lucky for him the international break is nigh....

Flip Flop John Cross and ArseLickerBlog being mildly critical...? :rubchin:

Cue 5-0 to The Arsenal with Giroud hitting a goal of the season contender 25 yard volley after a 56-pass move that makes Barca look like Stoke and the media criticism evaporating like a squirrel's fart in a windstorm.

I now quote my colleague Herd, because this is exactly what will then happen. Again. :suicide:
The dust will settle once more on the creaking War Chest and we :D will start the rise towards the top spot again . Wow! Uncanny - I'm getting a real sense of Deja Vu reading that..... As if it has happened before.... :duh:  From now on you are Mystic Herd the Farsighted Grasshopper of the Tarot.

Sky showing 3pm Saturday games in Ireland only..Everton v Scum on opening day, Burnley v Victims last Saturday. .seems strange but better than the Setanta offering over the last few years. .Setanta is now home anyway

Have to agree with McD on this one, i have no expectation of beating anyone these days, our turgid performances especially against teams who can park the bus and then counter makes me think Watford might not be the walkover we should expect.

Some of our players shouldn't be anywhere near the team, some of them look like they couldn't give a fcuk if they are playing or not and the rest look like headless chickens half the time.... we should win but i'm expecting no more than a draw in all honesty, and we all know the reason for it :banghead:
Agree with both of you. We are so incapable of opening up teams, watching us pass sideways for 90 minutes is like pulling teeth.
VoiceOfReason wrote:Let's also not forget that Watford won at the Emirates just five months ago. This is far from an away banker.
And ended our season with that limp defeat in the FA Cup :banghead:

I would have thought that being rimmed is pleasurable. Perhaps hoping the team gets fisted would be more appropriate

We live in hope that The Old Fraud is finally hounded out 8)

Watford have just splashed out a club record fee for a tasty-looking Argentinian, just in time for the Arsenal match. It could be embarrassing if he does well....
