The ''no one is coming'' Transfer Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Nope, only one man I'm football complacent enough to try signing anyone after two premier league games. No-one is coming :barscarf:
No he isn't and he actually said last week I think that Evans isn't going anywhere.
I think that would complete the perfect transfer window - denied twice by Leicester, once by Valencia.....and the crowning glory, West Brom

This has certainly started to turn into an enjoyable beginning of the season. I didn't expect that the knives would be out so quickly and also expected Wenger to pull a couple of players out (which he still could do - Kallstrom?) of his arse.

9 days to go....(queue laugh tracks)

I pray we sign nobody at all and if we do I hope its a total loser like johnny evans,as mentioned the start of this season is becoming oh so enjoyable all for the wrong reasons mind, but who gives a toss as long as TOF is made to look the tool we all know he is,i cant actually believe that so early in to the new season I couldn't I give a toss if we lose and in fact pray we lose, this is what Arsene has done this club :(

This clusterfuck of a summer window has been laughably predictable.

That said, I'm pleased that both that and the turgid shite on the pitch has already shone a light on TOF. I hope enough pressure can be put on him that he will be unable to stay on after this season. Get the banners out 8)

Even John Cross has turned

Just read about Arsenal pulling out of the Lacazette deal. Obviously, paying more than £29m for a striker who has scored 5 goals in 2 games was not value for money enough for the club :banghead: :banghead:

He's already doubled the Ox's total for last season and level with Theo league goal total from last season. I wonder how much those two are valued at in comparison?

I had thought that he would bring someone else in, but now, I am not so sure. I reckon that even the trolley dash will not happen. If that is the case, then I am happy as we will fall out of the top 4 and some of the more inexperienced lads will have a year of experience under their belt for the new man.

The man is an absolute idiot for letting it get to the point where even the most staunch AKB can't defend him.
Given that Valencia know for a FACT we have 2 Injured centre backs
Given that Valencia know for a FACT we have cash reserves of £200m +
Given that Valencia know for a FACT the transfer window is closing very soon .

Wenker will no doubt state again
" Sometimes prices can go down in the last week of the window"

Isn't he supposed to be some sort of economics genius? So in the last week - supply is low and demand is high - what happens to prices AW? That's right - they go up!

we just know it's gonna happen.

if it does it will surely be the last straw for the akbs.

Evans or no one, it's about the same so win win in getting the fans to turn. personally I'd rather he didn't waste 25m that we will never get back, and make his bed by signing no one.

as for strikers nope ain't gonna happen.

I still think as Steveo does that he will sign someone for a fair bit but someone we do not need ie an lightweight attacking midfielder, which will be used as a crutch to support him.

this season can't end soon enough

Trouble is Sean just like the rest of the Media Luvvy Sphincter Lickers, Cross is a Flip Flopper and will go which ever way will allow him to continue to ride the (Arsenal) gravy train and get his name in print.

We need a top journo to truly tell it like it is and/or have a one to one interview (filmed) with Clueless and put all the proper questions to the cun.t and see how he squirms.....

Any one of us could do it and in doing so would make (Gooner) history and most likely go down in Gooner Folk Lore as a legand (fan) - unlike these wankerss on you tube and Arsenal FanTV. - They may have begun with good intentions, but have all now sold their souls for the 15 minutes of fame that has come their way.

ALL Cun.ts the lot of them.
