The ''no one is coming'' Transfer Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

He might be considered a disruptive member or whatever else people were saying about him elsewhere on here but he's a striker (supposedly) and if it's only a loan take the fucker ffs. if he sits on the bench and only plays a handful of games at least it gives us a further option.
It'll be someone for Welbeck to talk to on the bench/treatment room for the next year anyway. :banghead:

I seen on twitter that he went off injured in their game against Finland. I don't know whether its just a precaution or not.

Thank fuck. I seen several Arsenal accounts saying he was injured, and showing him in a heap on the ground.

I hope Perez turns into a goal machine, but it's not very likely. If you want to be getting into the quarters and semifinals of the CL regularly you need a world class goalscorer - it really is that simple. When your striker misses a couple of half chances, rest assured that Lewandowski, Messi, Higuain etc won't. Giroud would maybe scrape the top 20 on a good day, and sadly I'm not expecting Perez to be an overall upgrade though at least he will offer something different I guess. It's a ludicrous situation that a club of our means is competing with the likes of Everton in the market.
