Mark Halsey's allegations

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Priceless wouldn't even come close to describing it  :barscarf:
I too would love to see it. Absolutely despise Moron-hio and am so sick and fucking tired of the utter shit that comes out of his mouth and have been since about his third press conference back in his debut PL season at the chav.

For me, pimped bastards that they are, citeh is the lesser of all evils. If The Arsenal can't win the PL then I really don't want manure, the chav, or the Victims winning it so citeh winning it would be best.

Only one thing though, augie. Can you please stop calling him a "Portuguese" cúnt? His nationality should not matter. Now I know you aren't racist but it could give that impression to others. :| The simple use of the word "cúnt" to describe him is sufficient. :D

Cant call him a portugese c.unt. Cant suggest hiring a south American hitman to "take out" wenker. This place is like a communist state lately

Currently listening to the sounds of the whole affair being swept under the carpet . Or is it tinnitus ?

It shows that recorded incidents can be replayed in moments and in game officials can take action there and then rather than wait a few days.
For example, the 4th official could watch a replay of the Aguero incident, whilst Reid received treatment, inform the ref and the ref send Aguero off. Dealing with the incident there and then with the protagonist being disciplined during the game, rather than let the player finish the match. It's possible, wouldn't disrupt the game and doesn't give an unfair advantage to the team that has committed the offence.
As loath as I am to see video technology turning football into the 4 hour snoozefest that American Football is, I think for serious things like violent conduct it should be used. It would take seconds for the 4th official to review the footage whilst as you say, the injured party is being treated.

In-game punishment would have seen Arguero and Dirty Costa get sent off already this season.

The key for me would be not over-using it for general fouls, hand balls, corner/goal kick, or throw-in decisions etc. Just for penalty/dive and violent conduct stuff. We already have goal line tech for "did the ball cross the line?".
It wouldn't prolong the game, as proven in the world cup final of 2006 with Zidane red card being issued after the 4th official allegedly saw a replay on a TV screen.

Using it for incidents of in game violent conduct, so that the match officials can punish the offender there and then.

The game was corrupted from the moment that murdoch bought into MUFC ,they started getting the breaks on the field the easy fixture list name it they got it . Why cos Sun bought the rights for TV,its a conflict of interest .
The whole Fergie era is tainted with this for me !

I have an uneasy feeling about that period too...I was paranoid about the FA, the referees and the media then...Maybe it was unfounded but after 98 up to 2002 I never felt the playing pitch was level... Even 2002 and 04 we won the titles because we were better than them but it seemed easier for them win the titles in the intervening years.. As I said I was paranoid..

I was doing industrial amounts of bugle in the late 90's , that made me paranoid but not about Fergie !
I woke up after a 4 day binge once and found I had barricaded up the front door with the fridge and the sofa .
Lets just say it led to a change of lifstyle !
