I have not used this particular site before but have used others like it. This was when I was desperate for cup final tickets and I admit I paid a lot more then what I should have. Those were the days before kids and mortgages!!!
I was lucky as I got my tickets each time. However I heard of others who did not. These companies are normally based in Spain or somewhere and in all honesty you have zero comback if the ticket does not appear. They usually take your money without having a ticket in hand and then try and source one for a lower price them what you paid.
If I had to buy a ticket for the emirates off a tout (and to be fair that is what they are) then I think I would rather deal face to face with one of those tossers who hand around outside the tube stations.
I would also keep an eye on the ticket section on this forum. I have never been let down by a seller on from here.

They are based aboad in placed like Spain so therefore do not come under UK legislation. However theyust have people sourcing the tickets in the UK.
The ban on the resale of football tickets for 'designated football games' is enforced through UK law. It prevents unauthorised people selling tickets. It was brought in to control crowd trouble at games caused by rival fans mixing in the grounds.
It only applies to football now. Other sporting tickets can be resold legally. The only other sport which had the same legal restrictions was London 2012 olympic tickets.
