As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
Seems like the 'Sanchez Up Front' project is working. Although I fear it may only work against poor sides.
We 'should' be on a run of winnable games until we meet Manure and the scum in November. I do wonder if the Swansea game will be a banana skin and whether or not we will take the LC game with Reading seriously.

What time ?
Yup! Extremely pathetic effort deserves to be Sacked !
Methinks someone is looking to have their tit thread deleted...
I think Sean, StuartL, Rodders and few others - Including some Mods might think that's not a good idea...but feel free mate (And no that isn't a euphemism)
Im more confident than ever, because with Iwobi, Walcott and Sanchez upfront being fed by Ozil, I believe we can score more frequently, as opposed to Giroud who is simply blunts the edge of the spear. We are keeping touch with Liverpool and Man City in terms of goals score this season.
In addition, Kosicleny and Mustafi can be the new Ferdinand-Vidic, and with Cech in goal, were have a strong centre at the back.
I like the team as it is and the formation is more of a 4-3-3 than a 4-5-1 with Sanchez upfront flaned by Iwobi and Walcott. Whilst we are a 4-5-1 when Giroud plays upfront, or when Ramsey is on the wing.
All Wenger has to do, is stick with it. The potential areas for regression, derive from a desire to being Giroud back, or Ramsey for matter. These are two players whose presence on the field will upset the entire balance and structure that has us playing so freely.
If Jose can drop Rooney, and Conte can drop Cesc, or if Pep cold drop Zlatan when both were at Barcelona. Then Wenger can keep Ramsey and Giroud out of the first team.
will also be in attendance and will place my bet for a chorus of 1AW during the match, followed by another six renditions after the match if we manage to overcome the titans of burnleh
watch out for this beauty doing the rounds on twatter, oh it's going to be a glorious day

Help yourself Arsene, FFS help yourself.
Wenger usually gets lucky with winning runs when certain players are injured and he has to experiment,he's done it so many times before,I'm sure Ozil would rather have pace ahead of him than the lumbering wanker Giroud,it seems once Wenger has a fully fit squad he returns to type and has no fucking clue.

Although we won on Wednesdaya gainst Basel, I thought we were very wasteful in front of goal. This has been our problem for many seasons and highlights why we really do need a top striker.

Give Sanchez a rest and Perez a game maybe.
A rest?! fuck that. Carry on lads, you're playing well. If it ain't broke, don't piss around with it!
You northerners are a hard bunch Its not like in your day g88ner playing 80 games a season in -20 temperatures with a horseshit sandwich at half time
I agree with you BTW
Ah yes, the "good" old days oop north; no football boots, just a brick tied to each foot and instead of a ball, it was the severed head of a southern poof.
"were the showers cold? by heck we didn't have showers lad, we bathed in mud, and wiped ourselves down in sandpaper.".

What makes it so special is that he did it out of the goodness of his heart..... the squillions of pounds he earned along the way being almost incidental. Wonderful human being, top bloke and a terrific manager who is never afraid to learn or change things. An absolute legend!!
And also the proud owner of a brand new little pottery bowl for 20 years of dedication.
After the Basle game as were the away team are we playing in yellow or red, as yellow sought of clashes with burgandy, but so does red ...who knows these days ... bring back the school yard days of shirts v skins
