I like your plan. It would take half a game to be rid of him!augie wrote:DB10GOONER wrote:augie wrote:DB10GOONER wrote:PAY THEM!!!

And every time that c.unt gets tactically outsmarted in a game, he should pay us back £1m - when he starts losing money left right and centre, he wont be long packing his bag and fcuking off back to france![]()
It's hard to know what to believe, John Cross a few weeks back said he heard the Ozil deal was all but done and the Sanchez deal had hit a snag because he wanted a release clause put in it that the club refused. Who knows.....begeegs wrote:Interesting story in the Telegraph this morning saying that we are likely going to pay Sanchez, but not Ozil. For me, that is the right thing to do. I like Ozil, but I think that he is definitely more expendable than Sanchez. Although if his replacement is Jack, I would say 'hell no!'.
I'd rather see Jack playing deep next season and Rambo sold.
the club must realise that if they let Sanchez go then all this talk in recent years of being able to afford the best players is going to look a bit stupid.begeegs wrote:Interesting story in the Telegraph this morning saying that we are likely going to pay Sanchez, but not Ozil. Reus is a top player but he's not on the level of Sanchez and has been injured quite a lot as of late, and ozil is a completely different player to reus and wouldn't replace the hole that ozil left!REB wrote:id rather have reus and sachez and sell ozil tbh.augie wrote:Yes please

For me marco reus is twice the player that alexis is

say we pay Sanchez £250,000 per week what do you find more obscene - Sanchez on £250,000 or Walcott on £140,000.
personally I find paying Walcott £140,000 is more obscene (I would find that if it were per year as well!)
I think we should keep them both - Ozil and Alexis are not only on a totally other level compared to the rest of the team/squad - as their footballing skills go, but they are 2 or 3 moves/thoughts/decisions ahead of everyone - BUT Alexis and Ozil ARE On the same wavelength - And they have started to 'click' beautifully. They compiment one another and if one of them goes it would not only be detrimental to the team as a whole but to the other player - because they dovetail amazingly well on the pitch.begeegs wrote:Interesting story in the Telegraph this morning saying that we are likely going to pay Sanchez, but not Ozil. You give these players that cash, and they are never distracted or tempted to leave again.
Same goes for Bellerin. Why not anticipate his potential, and give him 150k a week?
We are a cash rich club with tremendous cash flow and revenue streams. We have the capacity to spend this type of money. So spend it.
Caving in and paying 35m for Mustafi is now looking an excellent decision. Imagine if the penny pinching ways go the better of Wenger and he chose not to drop 35m on Mustafi - Kosicleny would be baby sitting Rob Holding. Although instead, we have a top centre half pairing - the best since Campbell and Toure in 2005.
Im over losing players. We havent sold anyone of note since RVP, and I could not tolerate ever going down that route again.
Bellerin, Ozil, Sanchez need to be tied up. If even one of them is lost - it just sends a message that Arsenal are willy nilly in terms of a desire to actually compete.
A winning culture starts in the boardroom. If you go to long lengths to keep your best players, it will translate to success on the field.
