As long as Gabriel has a good game and we keep Lukaku quiet we should come away with the points

Looked vulnerable down the flanks when playing Watford the other day....will go for 2-0 Arsenal

Hard to think of a better time to play them.

Indeed, and we all know what that usually means. Plus Koeman seems to have Wenger's number (which half decent manager doesn't? )

My only concern is Koeman ability to get an average team to get a result against Wenger. He's done with nearly every team he's managed.

Agreed the danger is in Koeman out-thinking Wenger, but we should still beat them 2-0 or 3-1, despite having Wenger as manager... :|

Lukaku is shit. Utter shit. He is in the rung of PL strikers below Sturridge and Giroud. More concerned that Mirallas might step up with a freak 30 yarder that leaves Cech rooted to the spot. :?

This everton team has been absolutely woeful and has only one win in their last 11 games, so they are in absolutely shit form. Previously the whole "AFC are the team to face when a team is in a bad run of form" feeling has been wholly justified, but this season it hasn't been panning out that way, and a team in as shocking as everton have been lately, shouldn't really trouble us.

Have to say that I watched the last 20 minutes of their game on Saturday, and enner Valencia is without doubt one of the shittiest footballers currently earning a fortune in the premier league

Need to win either here or City on Sunday..................or both ideally
Chelsea have a decent run of games so we really need to keep in touch with them

Just wish Mustafi wasn't injured - As it is all down to Kos now to deal with Lukaku..and he tends to come in from the defenders right... :?

Yes, Koeman does have a number on Wenger.

Anyways, Mustafi is out, as is Ramsey. Wenger has said Chamberlain will play. I think the team will be Cech, Bellerin, Kosicleny, Gabriel, Monreal, Couqelin, Xhaka, Chamberalin, Walcott, Ozil, Sanchez.

Good to have Bellerin back, but worried about Gabriel dealing with Lakuku's power and strengh. Gabriel is a good athlete, tall quick and strong. But he gets himself into some bad positions.

We have to win, because its City away next, and with Chelsea 3 points clear, to fall, worst case scenario, 9 points of the top going into christmas would be a disaster. Chelsea dont play a top half team for another 4 games until they play Spurs.

These are fine lines where the league can be won and lost. Its all well and good saying the league is over 38 games. But there are moments in a season where dropped points just hurt more than other times. Drawing at home to bora was tough, but it didnt place an enormous amount of pressure on us. But should we falter against Everton, were away to City next, looking at a 7-9 points deficit if we wont win at City.

The next two games are critical. 4 points minimum is to be accepted for any team srious aobut winning the title.

I was thinking after the Stoke game that....maybe, just maybe.... can I start believing again?? Tbh though, even if we win tonight and on the weekend you just cannot trust it can you? It's like you are just waiting for the inevitable, that car crash, that result that triggers the beginning of the end. My frame of mind will be like that until we are completely out of the race or actually win it, probably the former. It's become my default setting under Wenger & I don't even get pissed off anymore as I'm expecting it. :( :(
