He sits on the bench in his 'new' maggot coat with a well oiled zip, hunched up like an old man with no winter heating allowance, staring into space thinking about god knows what but it sure ain't what's going on on the pitch, whilst next to him Steve Bould, our 'assistant manager' chews open mouthed looking like an old chav in his best 'trackie' often clinging to his clip board with instructions on where to place the cones for tomorrows training.......boy, it fills you with hope doesn't it!!?? Those two couldn't manage a fart let alone a PL football team. Get rid!!

Anyone see the clips from the post match press conference on ssn last night ? Wenger bemoaned the referee and said that it isn't the first time clattenberg screwed us over (am paraphrasing here) - koeman responded by saying that he wasn't surprised by wenger's comments and 3 times in a row he has beaten Arsenal, and everytime arsene wenger blamed the referee afterwards
He also apologized for beating us/wenger again

Wenger was bitching about the corner being given. So how did we respond... by not defending it. That'll show them!!

Yeah Koeman definitely bitch slapped Wenger in those post match interviews alright.

And you can be sure in Wanka World at the training ground the emphasis will be on the incorrect decision to give a corner rather than the fact that for the second time in three days an opposition player has had the freedom of our box from a corner :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Liverpool (H)
Leicester (A)
Chavs (H)
United (A)
PSG (H&A)
Scum (H)
Everton (A)

That's the complete list of what I would consider our hard games since august. Our record - 1 win, 5 draws, 2 losses. 1 fucking clean sheet.
And they'll have you believe we're a better team this season? Fuck off. We've only played one team from the top half of the table away from home so far - united at OT - remember that shit show? The collapse is well and truly on, I'll be adding City to the above list at tea time on Sunday.
This is the true picture of the season. Remember also that the Chelsea result came before they got themselves organised into their current defensive system.
We still have a good chance of a top four finish as we have a slightly better squad than last year and the other teams apart from Chelsea are no better than last year.
Chelsea will walk this league, they have most of the squad who won it two seasons ago and are playing far fewer games with a manager who knows what he is doing.
Look at the run of games they have coming up. The league will be over as a contest by the end of January.

Completely agree.

Also there are some refereeing mistakes you have to accept. On first viewing it looked like a corner the way the ball looped up. There are far worse things referees do than award a corner that should have been a goal kick.

And as usual, Wenger was badgering the 4th official last night. It is his way of blaming anything and anyone but himself. Portraying himself and his teams as victims of injustice. The biggest injustice is that clueless fraud being paid £8.5m a year and the only victims in this are the Arsenal fans.

But on it goes with no end in sight ...

Yes often thought what a totally uninspiring figure he cuts on the touchline.....arguing with the Fourth official, totally frustrated as he knows not what to do.....struggling with his zip.....very negative...strange lost old man...on £8.9 million a year i may add!!!

Is there another manager like him, seriously?

is it any wonder that the players were looking a little tired last night?
basically we lost last night because we played a full strength side in Basel last week...And for what - a reward against Bayern Munich. And if we had lost, we would have played Barcelona next. Basically last weeks match was a complete irrelevance and I just knew that we would not have the resources to cope with 3 PL games in 10 days. This happens every single season!!!! :banghead: :banghead:

Sorry mate but thats just not right..... In hindsight yeah we drew Bayern but topping the group WAS important and the players should be fit enough and mentally strong enough to play 3 games in a week or we should have a squad capable of playing 3 games in a week.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing.
People bitching every year we don't win our group. This year we did and still got a sh#t draw. No win situation really.

The real problem is why we are unable to cope with 3 games in 10 days. Also how we never seem to learn from our mistakes. We let Everton cross a ball in and give the player a free header in between 2 defenders for the first goal. We then do almost exactly the same for the winner.

Agree with flash here - personally once the chavs won it before us I lost all interest in this competition, but we cannot complain every season about getting shit draws in the last 16 cos we finish 2nd in our group, and then not do everything possible to top the group. Saying that I couldn't give a continental fcuk whether we finished 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th in the group cos we are not anywhere near equipped to win it, and focusing/wasting our time on it is a distraction to more important competitions
