Go worry about what's happening in the swamp mate, we'll worry about our club

Pulis have never managed anything thing but a ten man behind the ball bollox of a side, and spent an fortune at stoke that nobody likes to mention, small time underdogs all the way except they were outspending other shit teams like spurs who thought they were good / a big team. both teams have won about the same at the top level in the last 50 years sweet fuck all

So i will ignore what he says.

I said we would do well if we kept the same 11. But Mustafi got injured, and Wenger didnt do anything other than put Gabriel in. There was no tweak in tactics t0 accommodate the fact Gabriel isnt as good as Mustafi.

Im looking at Chelsea, im looking at Gary Cahill and David Luiz as the centre half pairing, and im thinking, I wouldnt swap Kos or Mustafi for anyone one of those two. Yet Chelsea have conceded 11 goals in 18 games and are 6 points top.

The answer is obvious - Conte has them organized. They are switched on and are held accountable. For instance, Ozil was marking Ashley Williams when he scored the winner against us. WTF is Ozil doing marking Williams? What poor organization that we stick our worst defender, and weakest player. on a giant centre half when defending a corner. Its sloppy, its lazy, its poor. Its got nothing to do with technique or quality, its simply bad decision making and switching off. Its turning up to a meeting with the Prime Minister with your zipper undone and without a tie - its got nothing to do with actual substance, its just lazy unprofessional behavior. Thats what we are in terms of organization - its not that we lack ability, or are a poor team. Were just unprofessional and lazy. Where as Conte doesnt allow this at Chelsea, and thats why a defensive nightmare like Luiz, and a past it Gary Cahill, are the statistical best centre half pairing by a long way.

Our players are better than the results they get under Wenger. With a better manager, this group of players should compete for the league ever year, and perhaps even win it 2 times out of 4. Chelsea are about to make it two titles in three years.........no fuking way is their group of players better than ours.

Arsene is guilty.

No doubt about that....

The same formation every week. Play to your strengths, never make allowances for the opposition, no in game advice, no tactical substitutions even when its inevitable they will concede. When substitutions are made they look pre planned and have no element of surprise.
Wenger scared to make a big call like taking off Ozil when he is totally missing from the game.
See no evidence of any preparation in set pieces from the training ground.
Zonal marking as we implement it is a disaster.
No leadership from Wenger down when they are up against it, Wenger just hides in his big coat, Bould scared to speak a word!

Big question is HOW the FUCK does this man get away with it????

There is no doubt Wenger is a genius. Not in football terms of course. In football terms he is very ordinary.

Wenger is a genius in manipulation. The majority of people are more easy to manipulate than they think.

Someone like Wenger has exploited this to the point where he becomes virtually untouchable and unaccountable. Many people are so intimated by those they think are more intelligent than them, that they cannot or will not see when those people are wrong.

Wenger has slowly created himself a status where public criticism of him is almost apologetic and often it follows with the standard reminder of what a great job he has done, just to provide balance  .

The only person who could stand in Wenger's way is not interested in what he gets wrong because the part he is interested in, Wenger gets right. Kroenke is as ideal for Wenger as Wenger is for him. This combination is a disaster for those of us who are (or were) passionate about the football side of things at the club.

The fans who see through Wenger's lies and bullshit and are willing to display or voice their views are rendered powerless by other fans who either hold the opposing view or are just detached from the situation. The latter is perhaps the most depressing as you cannot change the mindset of someone who doesn't care that much in the first place. All of us 'Wenger Outs' care. And we were all once fully behind him so this proves that the minds of people who genuinely care about a situation will change when that situation changes.

Of course its not just Wenger's genius at manipulation thats got him where he is. He was the right man for the job at one point because he brought something new to Arsenal and the game in this country. But he gained his reputation as a genius due to the hard work and talent of others as much as his own (i.e. great players and previous managers) and this is often overlooked.

Wenger has been plain lucky too. Just at the time his limitations would have been exposed ... along came the likes of Abramovich, along came the 'financial burden' ( ) of Emirates stadium and along came CL qualification for finishing as low as 4th in a shit league ... and with them along came the perfect excuses he needed for failure - plus a way to redefine what success was.

It has been sickening watching this all unfold :banghead:

What Wenger has done, is demolish expectations at Arsenal. You hear it in the media, when pundits lay into Arsenal fans for being 'too demanding'. They say things like, 'its Barcelona, what do you expect', and 'Arsenal have no right to win the league'. These pundits do not realise Wenger has conditioned them to think he is a master manager, and that Arsenal's presence in the CL and finishing in the top 4 is by the grace of his management.

Many pundits no longer consider us as a club worthy of winning titles. When Chelsea, Man United and Man City, even Liverpool dont win - it raises flags, as their is expectation among these clubs. However at Arsenal, Wenger has managed to downplay expectations to the point where few pundits actually think Arsenal should be among the clubs winning. Were like Everton, or Tottenham - good, but not worthy of consideration with regards to winning. Thus, finishing in the top 4, and sharing the same pitch with Barcelona or Bayern Munich is good enough - as it would be for a club like Everton.

It also explains why so many fans are scared of losing him - because they genuinely believe Arsenal to be a toothless club, and its by the grace of Wenger, that we win a few games and participate in the CL.

Its the old dictator trick. You sap them all of hope and expectations, and then tell them of the great travesty awaiting should you ever leave. This keeps them in line and blindly obedient.
