Don't disagree but surely Wenger has usurped all their achievements?

If he had left in 2007 I'd agree wholeheartedly, but 2 FA Cups apart, the last decade has been a disaster. I still respect him for what he achieved between 1997 and 2006 but he is now a busted flush and offers nothing to the club going forward. We need change.

Not walking away does not take anything away from his past achievements for me, in fact it is admirable that he stuck by the ever increasingly difficult task of competing with the sheikhs and oligarchs play things.

To keep us in the CL for nigh on 20 years is another achievement nobody else could have pulled off IMHO

This guy clearly has to be on the wind up don't you think ?

It reads increasingly like a piss take tbh...

How so? He's clearly the most successful manager we have ever had and deserves the respect of the 'fans', end of story
