THE WENGER THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I wonder how much Wenger not announcing his intentions is effecting the players.............. after all there are quite a few whose cushy lifestyles would take a dip under a new manager :rubchin:

This is the end now. This is how it was always going to end if it was allowed to continue.

I have wondered if farming a player like Wilshire out was meant to try and motivate others. If so it hasn't worked. They are mainly pampered, overpaid and wouldn't have a queue of other clubs offering them the money they are getting.

1. We show our great mental strength and character to brush aside mighty Sutton and get a nice comfortable draw to keep Wembley dreams alive again
2. We get a caning at Anfield
3. We get our moral 2nd leg victory against Bayern reserves
4. We finish 4th and win the FA Cup
5. He signs for 2 more years

With all the big boys left in the cup there's fuck all chance of us getting near the final of that. As for top 4, this is the year the Barry White LP stays on the shelf I'm afraid. I predict a full scale collapse now but the good news is it's finally all over. He's gone in May.

Mate - we said that after the 8-2 and the 6-0 and the last 5-1 in Munich.

It's only gonna change when WE organise ourselves into a big, noisy protest and let the World know how much we despise what Wenger and Kroenke are doing to our great Club. :banghead:

Boycott the home game, should be piss easy to organise - who the fuck in their right mind wants to go anyway. Would love to see 40,000 empty seats as a giant FUCK YOU to the entire regime.

Cant wait to see the Arsenal PR maching swing into action........

"Wenger has identified summer targets"

"Wenger not afraid to 'spend big'"

"Arsenal have given Wenger summer 'war chest'"

That horse has long bolted.
It's finished. Minute we left Highbury it finished. The club sold us out end off. now it's purely a business end off.
A business which is going along very nicely indeed.
It's all about the money money money....

it's probably already signed... have they not sat on the new contract in the past and waited to announce it when the team was in better form?

that was a funny 1976 era OlympiaStadion Bayern were playing in and the bloke on the sidelines has gotten gray and pudgy very quickly... oh wait... they moved grounds and have had multiple managers in the last 10 years like other teams and still keep winning.

Who needs actually winning the thing when you can qualify for 20 consecutive seasons? I'm sure SAF would trade his 2 CL titles for such a remarkably achievement. :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:

Anyone up for a laugh should read John Cross's twitter tonight.

He says we were humiliated that the team is going backwards and he's not sure Wenger can go on.

Just last week he says we were a bunch of moaning *word censored* for wanting him gone and that we never had it so good.

FUCKING VERMIN PIECE OF SHIT HACK is all he is.

FUCK OFF
