THE WENGER THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Would be quite ironic if the thread ended at page 2004.

"Its a bold conclusion, especially ahead of a series of matches that will decide whether Wenger remains Arsenal manager next "

Here's to a Liverpool win then.

More talk of Allegri in todays papers....

ARSENAL reportedly want Juventus boss Max Allegri to succeed Arsene Wenger if he leaves at the end of the season.

BUT would Wenger ALLOW that to happen? that is the question

Just saw Wenker on SSN having a little passive/aggressive dig at us,(Arsenal supporters).
To quote,"Anfield is a special place where the supporters get behind their team."
Fuck off and manage there then. :banghead:

Ozil's form and attitude went off a fucking cliff after Everton and City away but because Le Dickwad hates confrontation in the camp, instead of taking the player aside and dealing with him, some bullshit lie was concocted about him being sick and he was given Christmas off

Then, when Ozil's agent came out with those remarks about him being made a scapegoat for the collapses at Chelsea and Bayern, instead of shutting that shit down, Wenger sends him off on fucking holiday.

With all that shit show going on and the player obviously fucking off in the summer he's now "ill" again despite being pictured all over social media in the last few days without a care in the world.

This whole sorry debacle has been allowed to fester to where we are now by absolute pathetic, limp dick"management". Jose challenged Ozil's half arsed performances by challenging the player head on, Wenger sends him on holiday.

Fucking hell

Arsenal want Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri to take over if Arsene Wenger leaves at the end of the season, with Borussia Dortmund's Thomas Tuchel and Atletico Madrid's Diego Simeone also on the Gunners' shortlist. (Sun)

Alexis Sanchez could move in the opposite direction to Allegri, with Juve increasingly confident of signing the Gunners' 28-year-old Chilean forward in a £25m move this summer. (Corriere dello Sport, via Independent)

Merson reckons AW to PSG if they don't win the CL.

Well Paul, you get many predictions wrong, let's hope this one is right.

Going to PSG would make Wenger a huge hypocrite after going on about financial doping, if he then joins probably the most doped club in the World what does that say about him?.

The real pisser is that the club have actually offered The Old Fraud a new deal, despite all this predictable shit. They don't have the bottle to simply let his contract expire in 88 days time :banghead:

:suicide:
