Sanchez has made things happen and made mincemeat of this lot. That was an absolutely class finish from Welbeck that drew no comment from the commentators - unlike Firminho doing his absolute best to fuck up an open goal from seven yaRds for the first goal which drew much admiRation.

Disgraceful from the ref letting Can get away with first cynically stopping a Sanchez counter attack then running around to stop him from taking the free kick. What does a Liverpool player have to do to get booked at Anfield??

I remember one did get booked once but the card was shown to Chelsea or Leeds player because it was their fault really.

Sure enough he then gets another freebie. Fucking weak refereeing.

Can somebody explain to me the material difference between Can kicking Sanchez with th ball ten yards past him and Xhaka's tackle against Swansea?

Not watching the game but the same thing happened with carrick for manure today, no intention of playing the ball and just took out Bournemouth player king heading down their wing in the final third
