Re: Wenger Out protest, Saturday 11th March 4pm
Well done and keep it up, there does seem to be a lot of talk (not on here, but twatter ansd indeed artcile on gooner home page) about targeting the board too. This would be disasterous. As someone said above wenger is the target and targeting him hits the board by proxy. we need rid of wenger then the board.
i feel highly suspicious of anyone saying the protests should expand to kroenke, as thats exactly what happened when the last 'official' march occurred when the 'fan' groups were involved, and thr insidious red action used it top deflect from wenger, and watered the protest down no end. please do not let the smae thing happen again slippery no answer people like the cook (still waiitng for his answer on redactions support for the hate usmanov march) who like being in with the club, will do anything to deflect the focus from AW, as if the protests lose focus they lose potency and becoming pointless.
the clear target must remain no new contract for AW, if and when he goes, then focus can be turned on wiggy.

A banner behind a plane costs around £400- 680
- theres many away stadiums that do not have a no fly zone

Many on here could of brought 10 planes each instead of a season ticket sold on empty promises.... If only we knew back then what we know now.

If someone here accountable sorts it out I'd happily donate 100£.
I'd spend that on a match day easily...

Yep.
As soon as the #NoNewContract #WengerOut message gets confused and diluted by starting this "board, Gazidis, Kroenke" stuff, it over.
Dont lose focus and target anyone else. If that happens Im out.

xisstential wrote:Yea...food for thought. They will grab any lifeline and spin it. It is a great banner but that's exactly what he'll say...his answer to it will be "Judge me in May" Like 4th place erases ALL the seasons horrors......It is so screamingly frustrating.VoiceOfReason wrote:Just a thought, but is there any risk that by focusing on the 10-2, it looks like we're protesting because of that result rather than the bigger picture (i.e. 7-8 years of these types of results)?
The AKBs often accuse us of kneejerk reactions, and I'd hate for us to play into Wenger's narrative that we can't judge his career based on the last two weeks.
Obviously everyone on here knows this isn't about any one specific result, but the more casual observer might take it the wrong way.
If we win 4 - 0 on Sat..it'll be the BT boys with "Surely they can't complain now" They just don't get that it's A DECADE OF MISERY and £80 Million For Failure that we are complaining about.
Now THAT would make an excellent banner!

I'm in on this as well. I think that you will find more than enough to probably get two different bannersmattyb wrote:Happy to give 10 %...as dodgy knee said if someone accountable is willing to help ?mattyb wrote:Im happy to part finance this...

Should say we used to take the piss out of the scum about 5-2, now we get 10-2.
Who on here wrote that rule sheet for the protest? I know we said respectful, but have we gone too far the other way? We're not nuns!
