hmmmmmmm!
Which is code for "we're just finding the right time to announce his new deal. Once we've beaten Lincoln and swatted some of the shite we're due to play over the coming weeks, it will coincide nicely with the ST renewals when all the flip floppers will be firmly back up his arse at the prospect of another Wembley final and a top 4 finish"Babu wrote:COMMENT FROM THE ARSENAL CHAIRMAN

I also imagine the fun if all protesters were to wear allegri masks at the forth coming protests....
Love the open top bus idea - but......Perryashburtongroves wrote:armchair wrote:A group of us who were doing banners last season looked into the Ad Van idea. A digital one with changing images. We were gonna get it to drive round by the Emirates on a matchday and by the Arsenal pubs. Came in at 500 for the day IIRC. Probably +vat.
We were gonna put up the Gazidis quote, various pics of banners etc. All on a digital loop. I was gonna get speakers and do Wenger Out! stuff.
As there were only a few of us cost was prohibitive.
Another fantastic idea we had was...,.......
Hire an open-top bus. Last day of season drive it round with a mock"top four trophy". Banners hanging off the sides Singing WengerOut songs. Now that'd be mint!
That is a great idea. I'm sure someone could do a few of those yellow Advanced Warning of Road Closure signs and stick on some message about it being like a real trophy. Put them up on the street lights a few days before and then get the bus out on the day. Its an asolutely wonderful idea and would get a lot of coverage as it's amusing but spot-on.
Yes. Its what we were planning for final game at the emirates last season.StuartL wrote:Love the open top bus idea - but......Perryashburtongroves wrote:armchair wrote:A group of us who were doing banners last season looked into the Ad Van idea. Found this in my facebook vault, I created it when the club did the design a banner competition to go around the stadium in 2012 - sadly it only received 1 vote, so didn't get made.StuartL wrote:
Thats actually uncanny mate. I didnt see your design but I came up with one very similair last season......StuartL wrote:
Good ideaStuartL wrote: Incidentally, I have thought of a way to keep the pressure on during the international break when we have no match.
Nothing to stop us attending lower league matches - Barnet, Cambridge, Colchester, Southend, Gillingham, etc, etc and sticking up a Wenger Out banner is there ?
