True. He was quoted as saying he doesn't believe in Scorpios. Pires (who Domenech dropped) is a Scorpio. He also said "When I have got a Leo in defence, I've always got my gun ready, as I know he's going to want to show off at one moment or another and cost us" and "all parameters have to be considered and I have added one by saying there is astrology involved".NBM wrote:Seriously????FrenchGun wrote:- And for god's sake! I agree with most that Clichy and Sagna will possibly benefit from a well earned rest.....but can't help feel that they could have gained some decent experience whilst away!!
I actually cant believe neither were selected!!!

Don't know about that. The only Arsenal man in the France team is Gallas and he isn't too popular right about now.26may1989 wrote:I don't like to think of Les Bleus as equivalent to Chelsea but you're right. But I (and, no doubt, lots of other Arsenal fans) will be cheering on France this summer, even with Domenech as coach.FrenchGun wrote:The only reason France is getting anywhere, it's not because of the coach but because of the very talented players. Allez les bleus!
It looks like we're only going to have Fabianski, Senderos, Djourou?, Gallas, Fabregas and Van Persie at Euro 2008. I'm going to back Holland as always. I thought we wouldn't win the title next year because our team would be tired from having to play in this tournament, but it seems like the only first team players we have to worry about are Gallas and Van Persie. Aragones is a twat and doesn't like starting with Fabregas, so I don't think we should be worried about Cesc.
It's a shame England didn't qualify else United and Chelsea would have to worry about fatigue next season.
