Agreed! Moneymen will stay away where's potentially problems. I think overall so far the job that you guys have done is absolutely brilliant. it just goes to show that if you're determined enough things get done. Of course there's still long road to walk before the FUCK is out from the club but it is fair to say that you've already done so much more than for a long time in Arsenals history and that is a achievement itself if you think about the wenker era apathy nowadays.

Wenger did admit that if Arsenal were facing a crucial moment in the club's history, saying: "If we do not deliver in one or two years I will be responsible.
"It is the most important moment in the life of this club and we have to be strong now and support this team. If we do not get there next year or the year after then you can say this was not the right way."

May 15 2009

That should be painted on the side of the Shard never mind on a billboard.

Of course if questioned on it he will say "Look ....I have got theees club into CL football whereas before I came :blah: :blah: :blah:

Sad to hear the plane might not be flying on the weekend. :banghead:

If that doesn't happen, there likely won't be any protest/message for West Brom, it will be way too much time before April 2nd when we face Man City with our mobile billboards, and by then he'd have signed....the luck of the devil. :cussing:

Lads - we're all agreed that we've made a great start but our work is far from done.

However two things could be about to slow us down

1. The weather on Saturday and poss no plane.

2. The international break.

We can't change or influence either of them so I think we need to try to keep the protests going long and loud at West Brom or those 2 empty weeks leading up to the Man City match give the club a huge advantage to plant stories with friendly journos.

I'm not going to be able to get to West Brom but there must be a large percentage of the away lads that support us.

So :-

Who on here is going to The Hawthorns ??

Is a protest up there a possibility ?

What can we plan for the match ??

May be best to do this via PM . . . . . .

Guys, those of you who are going, need to get on top of this, get together and make some real noise up there. The away games allows for more possibilities in the ground as the lads are mostly together. Somebody take charge of this and lead it. Give it hell.

I've had a few suggestions, but they seem to be getting lost in the pile. Still no word either way on a Colney protest from any Hertfordshire based Gooners. We would need at least 20-30 there and they would need their own transport, as the training ground is over three miles from the nearest train station.

I hope the plane does fly at the weekend. The mobile billboard idea is great, 'In Wenger we rust' is great, perhaps with a 'Wenger Out' underneath and maybe a mention of the £8.3M per year he gets for his failure. Other side of the billboard could have all the humiliating results in the past decade or the bullshit quotes from TOF himself. The Gazidis quote is a must though. It sounds like the billboard is not digital, we need that clarified.

The look-alike would be a laugh, but I fear that anything more than a one-off would cheapen the protest. It seems likely we'll find out what TOF decides after West Brom, with the club finally putting some pressure on him, thanks to our vocal protests and resolve to force a decision; so the plane getting up there is very important. It's scandalous that they even offered him a new deal, let alone allow him to dither on it for months and ruin our season again. In the real world, you're lucky if you're allowed 24 hours thinking time to sign a contract.

It sounds like a protest at Wembley is now an option, with the draw against Citeh. I'll be up for that, if a march is called on.
Im about 30-40 mins drive away from colney and im up for meeting up for a demo outside the training ground...any other forum members up for this let me know. It would need to be after the international break and midweek ?...that means a day off work for those that are working....

Top work by everyone was at the protest Saturday but kept myself to myself so didn't talk to anyone!

However, since the mail article has gone up donations are increasing which should allow more action.

Well done everyone and particularly the organisers. Unfortunately I am not at the Man City game as I cannot afford cat A ticket prices but hope it is a success like the other 2,
