Which is true to be fair. Sevilla aren't Barcelona either.

But they are better than Monaco!

Fuck me, Leicester do what we've failed at in 7 attempts. Win a knockout round. Throw in a league title too and Leicester have shit all over our poxy underachieving decade in a matter of months!

Well done Leicester. However ruthlessly they disposed of Ranieri, their performances since they took the gamble have vindicated the change more than anyone might have imagined. Be careful what you wish for, like a Champions' League Quarter Final at the first attempt. Wenger has not achieved that for the past 8 years, and only once in the last 11.

Would be funny if Leicester knocked out Bayern in the QFs.

In just one season, Leicester - Fucking Leicester! - have progressed further than we have in the last seven years.

Wenger can't have it both ways: he can't fall back on getting tough draws at the first knockout stage as an excuse for not progressing in the ECL since 2009 while at the same time claim that winning back-to-back FA Cups by beating Wigan, Hull, Reading and Villa in the semis and final and now getting to another semi-final by beating Preston, Lincoln and Sutton are worthy achievements.

After firing their title winning manager as well. We have the most stupid brainwashed fanbase in the world. We,the protesters are so civilised and NICE. To a guy who treats us with dismissive, arrogant, disdain.

I'd agree with that if we say up to 2005.

By 2007 the good football wasn't up to the same standard. I remember 31 December 2006 .... Arsenal lost 1-0 away to Sheffield Utd. Phil Jagielka was in goal for the last half an hour and we couldn't even manage a shot.

Wenger broke up the Invincibles far too quickly. He gets praised for the job he did keeping us in the top 4 after moving stadiums but he actually made it a harder job than it needed to be. The last thing we needed going into a new home was a new team.

Terrible management dressed up as heroic. It is like someone being hailed a hero for going into a river to save a child when it was them that pushed the child into the river in the first place :banghead:

I will never forget that either Herd, nor do i think anyone on here would disagree with that sentiment, but you also have to admit that some of the football under him since then has been truly atrocious :rubchin:

Plenty of time to reminisce after he goes. We played great football under Wenger, now our football is a big steaming pile of SH*TE

Does anyone think that Arsenal would have beaten Sevilla over two legs? I'm 100% sure we would have not.
