Wenger Out protest thread

From reading conversations like the one on here. I doubt there are many companies that do flying banners so must be easy to find out.

Can i suggest that any future demonstrations like this be stricty done by PM

Sorry I don't share the paranoia. There are many flying companies out there.

I think the company is just being too risk averse.

I do agree this should be done via PM though.

In light of the weather conditions anyone who is still going a display in the ground of Wenger out banners should now be a given....

There may have to be a risk assessment done in accordance with H+S proceedure.

Please see the note below from the airline company....RE WBA Game

"The big winter storm that's about to hit New York in today's news, will start curling in our direction for the end of the week and on the long-term forecast I am seeing a 50:50 best chance on conditions being good enough to fly on Saturday. The probability will change every 24 hours as we get closer. You need to advise your crowd-sourced colleagues of this"

I will provide updates as I receive them, lets hope and see if the weather conditions improve as the week goes on....
PLANE BANNER UPDATE 10.20 17/03/2017
Due to the adverse weather conditions expected in the Birmingham area tonight and tomorrow the plane with the banner has had to be postponed. We will look at another date, time and venue in due course"
The club has paid them more than you not to fly
This would not surprise me Flash, either that or the owners have had a more lucrative offer and are just using this POTENTIAL "storm" as a way to bail out.
It will probably be shirt sleeve order at the Hawthorns, with commentators talking of basking in the spring sunshine. :banghead:

In future we are keeping this shit to ourselves..EVERYBODY knows what we are doing.Whatever shit Wenger pulls we ramp these protests up. If he signs an extension we might get more people joining us. I wouldn't be surprised if our jellyfish players put on the performance of their lives tomorrow because "they owe it to their manager" :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Guaranteed we are going to smash West Brom tomorrow.

We should all stick a ton on Arsenal and donate the winnings to the fund.

The weather forecast is fine though?

Fucking wankers. As long as there are banners in the ground that will send the message home- we aren't for fucking turning.

Very disappointing. The plane company bottled it. I guess there's no other company who could do it(?).

I'd agree with those who suggest closing the forum to guests for the rest of this season, or having a separate forum section that is closed to guests and can later be merged back. Whatever way, future discussions will have to be private.

All said and done, we did get some good publicity for the plane idea, even if it has turned sour for now. If anyone wants to draft a statement about the events, I suggest you make the document into an image and tweet it to the media directly. Preferably to whichever media outlet was least disparaging about our protests.

I trust our lads to do what is right for the protests. I hope some sort of demo can be put on at West Brom. Make it loud and proud.
