BORO AWAY THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Jesus this is a shocking game of football. My expectations were rock bottom but this has stil managed to fall short.

We will have to go some way to concede against this lot. They are fucking dreadful. The shit teams are normally a bit of a threat in the air but they are crossing to nobody most of the time.

Think we will probably win this. It's been awful but Chamberlain is roasting his man for fun.

Martian Keown via Not 5 live I have summarized-before ko-This is a fascinating tactical duel.....Arsene has adapted to the opponent the same opposition that beat Arsenal 5-0 in 1980.This is a very different team from that one 11 changes in fact,Arsene deserves credit for that alone.

30 mins in-The team is right behind Arsene tonight this is going to be no 5-0.The socialist wage bill has helped the team spirit and the spirit in which they treat the opponents goalkeeper admirable, minimum wage in comparison.

HT-Alexis will enjoy that goal....it's a shot on target something Arsene has revolutionized as far as this club is concerned. It's a part of his expertise that goes without credit Barcelona never let Sanchez take free kicks he had the opportunity under Arsene...he would never of scored that free kick at the Nou Camp....he can thank Arsene for that one...

Keown is a General in the Wenger cult,he embarrasses himself time and again,he don't want to lose his perks when he visits Wengers compound,I'd love to know what hold Wenger has over these ex-players,maybe they are grateful for the 3 extra years they earnt another 80k a week for when Arsene "changed the face of British football forever",with diets and conditioning for them,
