It would be great if the FA started to look at managers doing that and fine them or ban them retrospectively like they do with the players. It's a card for a player and it should be the equivalent for a manager.

We're set up like a championship club playing one of the big boys. Just hoping to keep the score down which may be no bad thing in itself considering our tendency to get rimmed.
