When you're dealing with many different personalities and being paid a fortune, not confronting issues and putting your own interests fist is irresponsible and cowardly. Exactly what Wanker is. Tony Adams must look at the current Arsenal team and just despair.
He was a winner - there are NO winners at Arsenal these days because Wenger's greatest legacy will be that "winning is what other clubs do"
He has convinced everyone at board room level, the playing staff and the majority of supporters that not winning is ok- ALL BECAUSE HE IS NO LONGER CAPABLE OF WINNING
He will go down in history as the worst manager we have ever had, the man who gave us a few years of glory, but who was then happy to destroy the club, just because HE refused to leave

ok so he has come out and said it this morning at the press conference:
"HIS FUTURE WILL BE DECIDED AT A POST CUP FINAL BOARD MEETING"
what do you think will be acceptable for them to announce the 2 year extension then ? - a competitive defeat to Chelsea ?
might he go if we get hammered by 4 or 5 ??

yeah we will probably win the first half 1-0 and so he can go on about winning the FA Cup if we only played the 1st half...
