Got to remember a large number of fans still support him...(Read untold Arsenal)

Most of Emirates fans are totally apathetic to the situation, fan base has changed.....a lot of day trippers tourists and corporates

Last visit there was reprimanded for shouting and signing......stewards are a total joke, let away fans stand all game do what they want

would say its been gentrified but more like comatose sheep, who seem to have no interest in the game, only to add on Facebook or whatever they they are doing something

Will never be large scale demonstrations against him at the Emirates.....over the close season most will just moan and resume as before
Pretty much agree apart from the stewards. I'm in block 6 and they are excellent. During a league cup game, a bloke and his kid were moved because they didn't want to stand. IMO, behind goals should be ok to stand, on the sides not so much.
He knows he is staying,he has already said he is managing next season, if anyone goes in the future will be Gazadis
I thought he actually said he would be managing next year and his preference would be Arsenal. I thought that was also said before our annual collapse (though i could be wrong).

Just putting the pieces together as i get them, Hope i am wrong, praying i am.....just Wenger is a stubborn, deluded old man who holds all the cards and he knows it, Kronke is his power base

Not sure anyone would take him as manager not a top club anyway, did not hear anyone bombarding him with offers
He is a FRAUD, Tony Adams has said as much.....

Where's the logic? See my post above.....why would Kronke want to keep a lame duck manager who he knows will lose him money?
It is almost impossible to lose money now thanks to the new PL TV deal, you've got to give it to cowboy Kroenke he made a sure fire good investment buying Arsenal, he can put zero money in (apart from buying the shares, they are probably worth 100% more now), win nothing or even fall into midtable and he will still make a good profit, why risk spending your own money on the off chance of success when you can just tick over and make a profit - low risk.

Time to get used to being London's third biggest club but only Wenger is to blame, right?, I want Wenger gone asap because he's an over the hill dinosaur of a manager but most of all because it will give this cowboy nowhere to hide behind, so I guess in the end we can all agree on..

Wenger doesn't give much importance to what anyone says apart from his bum chum Boro Primorac and maybe one or two close allies, I find it kind of ironic that Wenger doesn't do confrontation but deep down he is quite narrow minded and only really values his opinions.

Edit: just watched the video in that link, the reporter says of the Emirates '"it's the stadium you built" and Wenger just says "yes" lol at the arrogance.

Giving ANY manager a 1 year contract, much less an outdated arrogant manager, makes absolutely no sense - no player would sign for a manager that they know is going in a years time, cos they will have all the upheaval of moving to a new club (finding new house, new school etc.) whilst knowing that next season they could be bombed out if the new manager doesn't rate them

Btw NB123, wenker isn't invited to a board meeting cos he is a board member and attends EVERY board meeting

For Signing??? - You should complain to the Authorities - That's discrimination against those with Hearing Disabilities.

excellent post.
its what a lot of people dont want to think or believe but it is very likely to happen - that Arsenal will fall away to be a mid table team.
hopefully when Wenger finally departs (could take another 4 years) the fanbase or whatever remains of it will be able to unite and force Kroenke out

I read TA6's exposé of TOF in The Sun this morning in the cafe. He tried to get the assistant manager job when Pat Rice retired. TOF insisted he'd talk Pat out of retirement again, but it didn't work this time. TA tried again and was fobbed off with SB5 and Banfield's promotions, TA congratulated Bouldy, who knew nothing about it (I also heard he never wanted the job in the first place, as he knew he'd only ever be a cone-man).

TA then applied for SB's old job, only to be lead around the houses, being told to go to Liam Brady and Ivan Gazidis who then told him to go back to TOF himself, who fobbed him off again. Later on, TOF gave him a message of support after TA's recent heart troubles, which warmed things between them for a while. TA finally landed a £45K p/a job with the under 14's last summer, but only gave it month before the Chinese side Chongqing Lifan came in for him, offering more money, which to be fair, didn't cast Tony in a good light. Although he did say he was told the U14's role wouldn't lead to anything higher up, so I guess he cut his losses. TOF said in the press conference today that he doesn't care what Adams says, in spite of not even hearing about what he said, the tosser.

Tony also said that TOF is a total pussy when it comes to avoiding confrontation. When IW8 was habitually late to training, TOF started the sessions later. Naturally, the squad were pissed off and told Wrighty to shape up. That would never happen today. It's clear that the dressing room ran itself during the glory years. TOF used to be such a sore loser that he binned his FA Cup runner up medal in 2001. TA picked it out of the bin and gave it back to him saying let's win it next year. Which we did. TA was also unhappy that he was on one year deals at the end and was only offered a pay as you play, although all our ageing heroes were getting that treatment too, which make the multi year contracts that Silvestre, Squllaci, Rosicky, Arteta and Mertesacker got pretty galling, seeing as hardly any of them played that much.

There was a funny story about Ray Parlour fighting a bloke that came at him with a machete in Hong Kong, whilst Kiwomya was getting into a fight with a bloke after chatting up his bird. Parlour was hit with £12K in lawyer fees by the club, despite only being on £600 a week at that time.

12 days to go (297 hours). Tick tock, time's up you fraud!

This situation has been intolerable since 2008-11, but if the bastard gets one more year and will then definitely leave, I'd probably have to accept that. The season will be a write-off though, as it usually is.

It is criminal that he has never been given a job, any job, in what should be his spiritual home
I can see Wenger being sneeringly dismissive of Tony's comments.
His exact quote when asked about it...

"Well, I do not give much importance to what Tony Adams says, honestly."

In the same pre-match interview he said it wasn't the good times that he remembers, it's the bad times.
Keep up the good work lads, keep the bad memories coming for Wenger.

In fact I hope he signs for another 2 years, and "his" Arsenal playing in "his" Stadium end up mid-table.

"My" Arsenal died with Highbury, at least I've got all my brilliant memories. He can't take those away from me.

Fun, fun, fun...24k for a dinner with Wenger. Can you imagine....5 minutes with one of us and the table would be overturned and he would be storming for the exit

And rightly so, as none of us have managed at the top level for 300 years.
