Sadly the common theme of our thrashings this season (apart from the ever present manager) has been the absence of Kos.
Ps. If we win the club will announce his new two year deal the day after, if we lose they will announce it in about 3 weeks when the dust has settled.
Either way that contract has been signed a couple of months ago.

Much was made about the quality of coaching personnel at the star of the year

Well, Wenger is the only one not to get a CL place. The odd man out.

So, with Man United also qualifying for the Champions League by winning the Europa League it mounts the pressure on Mr. Wenger.

Clearly only the 6th best manager in the Premier League now, and should he stay for another season, he has to win the Europa League next season or qualify in the Top 4 to prove himself capable in his own mind.

I think/hope he knows himself that he has lost whatever skills he had all those years ago.
Maybe his "Lucky Hat" has one more miracle left in it. FA Cup Final win, and then he leaves.

Or the unthinkable...

An FA Cup FInal defeat, and the Board give him one more chance to turn it around. thinking that the other top teams have Champions League football to burden him, whereas Wenger has not, and might yet win the League again/win the Europa League and so get Top 4.

Sadly I think even if we get hammered in the Cup FInal he will be given another chance while Kroenke and The Board try and work out who could possibly come in and do a better job than Wenger has this last decade.

Or, spinning it another way, without the pressure of the Champions League next season Wenger and his team will win the Premier League?

Where is that "shoot myself in the mouth" smilie?

Yes that was Wenger looking forward to the challenge, now he will conveniently forget that one, along with the one 3 years ago when he said he would win the title in 2 years.....

Today saying...i will be managing next year???? absolutely ridiculous this attitude, taking the piss out of the fans

really absolutely despise this deranged old wanker

To be fair, he has previous stated that even if he leaves he will not retire, he would manage somewhere else.

my stance on Wenger, is if you give him a dog to walk, he will lose it. If you ask him to get you a pepperoni pizza, he will come back with a vegetarian.
He just has that Frank Spencer 'are you fuking kidding me' mentality about him.

So start of the year, everyone is talking about all the quality managers on display. And yet at seasons end, Wenger is the one not in the CL.

Right now the club are asking the fans to back Wenger in the transfer market..........what are the odds the first major thing to happen in our transfer season if for Sanchez to be sold?

Before the Bayern match, he spoke about how previous seasons hard defeats and taught this team lessons. 5-1 5-1 10-2.

He is just at a stage, where he cant do anything right, and is turning into a parody. Like someone like David Brent, who has delusions of granduer. Brent thinks he was an expert dancer, singer/songwriter and manager extraordinaire. However, he was a fool and everyone could see it aside from himself.

I think other managers see Wenger as an easy beat, and someone not to be taken too seriously. However, this lack of respect among his peers is foreign to Wenger, who like Brent - thinks he is amazing!!

If he stays or goes he has left the club in the shit. We can't afford to lose the few decent players we have but that looks on the cards either way.
Who on earth would want to sign for this toxic club right now.

Seriously? We are still one of the major attractions in world football and there are many managers out there who would relish the challenge of coming here.

It was widely reported that Guardiola wanted to take over after Wenger and his advisors were turned away.

Amongst the many things the cunnt has created, this annoying inferiority complex is the most glaring and you’d never think we are the 5th richest club in the world.

If we do get truly beaten by the Chavs, would you not expect a decent person to look in the mirror and say.....

I can't do it anymore, this squad is further away than ever from a Title challenge. Owe it to my club to face up too it and let someone else take over. In the best interests of the Club i resign.

But this wanker is not going to do that.....
