Personally speaking, Ive already reached breaking point and refuse to watch us next season. I dont feel entitled, but I feel the club dont give a monkeys about competitiveness and thats not all that pushed me over the edge, what did it was Wenger not even coming out for a lap of honour and totally disregarding the fans as well as not ever coming clean about his decision months ago. He doesnt know how to be a manager anymore. Nothing but a business and thats that. There are no footballing morals, its all to do with keeping the profit high and spending low. Wenger has got to have a part in this, he must get some sort of bonus, otherwise I dont see why he doesnt disappear off to China for 20m a year. They spent big money on Mustafi and Xhaka to keep us a bit happy and now theyll do what they did years ago when they didnt spend much and only bought Cech. So far, we've spent around 6.8m on that 19 year old. Its a disgusting cycle.

The Board and Wenger will spend over £100m this summer. That is almost guaranteed.
4 in, 4 out.

We have to become competitive, big war-chest, etc., etc, but we have the cash and we will spend it.

I think also safe to say there will be at least one huge name/wage out, and a few players will have to be replaced.
Cazorla I think is finished, as it's just been announced he won't play until Christmas, and BFG, Perez ( ?) will also be replaced.
Wilshere seems to be surplus, looks like Mahrez is coming. There will be money spent, and loads of it.

Whether it will indeed make us more competitive is of course the $64,000 question...

I think i know the answer!!..it wont make us any more competiitve because the signings will be bought, trained and selected by the same twat who has been crap at this for years!

I'm 100% convinced now that going after Wenger in protests is pointless but i do believe that protests against the running of the club itself is more likely to pull in people to support it. Arsene is one man and Stan and the board are quite happy to hide behind him, if you go after the regime itself the Corporate support is undermined and sponsors etc are less likely to ignore that because they are less like to stick behind a toxic brand whereas protests again one man mean can easily be spun by the PR whores.

I know certain people will disagree with this but we're each entitled to our opinion and views and maybe it is time the way you are approaching the issue of Wenger is adjusted to suit more squeamish fans :rubchin:
Ok I'll disagree then! Doing a Kroenke protest may get a few more interested and might make you feel better, but ultimately unless Usmanov or A N Other makes Stan a very big offer, he ain't going anywhere. That is the reality of the situation.

As for the board, events over the last couple of days show they have absolutely no power and frankly might as well not be there.

Other than trying to get Usmanov a place on the board, I struggle to see what else can be done. Possibly crowdfund an assassin (joke)?

Cazorla just signed a new contract, but will be out at least another 4 months according to reports

Going back to the war chest to be spent, does anyone trust Wenger to buy whats needed, or will he just piss it all away?

Also, how small-time does $64,000 look now?
The sixty-four thousand dollar question!!

Whoopee shit!

Stanley Kroenke earns £1 million pounds sterling from his Arsenal franchise a week!

April 11th, 2011, Kroenke buys The Arsenal. It is now 2017. So he's been here 6 years.
Paid about £430m for 41,721 shares, which he could sell now for a profit of about £300m
Profit of £300m in 6 years , so about £50m a year, or 1 million pounds a week.*

*I am not a mathematician, but that figure is pretty close

Its hilarious reading through the comments on the Facebook page. It seems like the AKB flock are back out in full force. There's going to be a revolution I tell ya......finally after a decade of dross he's going to learn all of those lessons, aged 67, and transform into a open minded, tactical genius who will put all these young pups firmly in their place. You heard it here first folks !

Because we know that is the truth right there.
Doesn't matter who he buys, does it.

Lets not forget that it has been 5 years since RvP left and the twat is still buying average strikers expecting them to become Pele. He has no intention of buying a top striker if he has brought in Onyekuru. What happened to Asano, what happened to Sanogo? This is just another one of them. Perez didnt even get a chance at all. Wenger doesnt know how to be a manager, simple.

Nothing ever changes with this shit hole of a club. No fucking ambition, no drive, no passion, nothing. We've heard all this shit before, nothing will happen and it doesn't matter how much you give this *word censored* to spend, he'll buy fucking shit players. He couldn't get anyone decent when we finished 2nd or 3rd or 4th so why would anyone even half-average join us now? The whole world knows Wanker is a *word censored*, a shit manager and a fucking useless *word censored* of a coach. Nobody wants to play for him. Fuck him. He'll become even more of a *word censored* now that he's seen himself as 'winning' the contract battle. He'll go back to doing everything his way, shit signings, fucking about with transfer fees and wages and wasting everybody's time. He thinks he's been given a green light to continue doing everything he's done before. What he doesn't understand is that he's brought a whole world of misery, pressure and pain down on himself now.

Although I'm sure some might use this as spin to promote Kroenke (who knows why?), at least this puts some more pressure on Kroenke and therefore indirectly on Wenger.

I hope Usmanov is in for the long game here, he can feed off the toxicity and use it to his advantage and may one day gain control, even if it seems unlikely at present.

Also if he does sell his stake then I can't see it being to Kroenke, which is of upmost importance, we can't let the cowboy get full control or we really are finished.
