Yes, i watched the video, but i think your missing the point. The guy was all for protesting, and then said he seen 'supporting the team' as more important for the FA cup semi-final, so abandoned his protest. If he places that much importance on the cup, then he has zero right to complain, when We have 3 FA cups in 4 years. The majority on here are Wenger out, and although we all loved winning the cup on Saturday, we still didn't see it as the be all and end all.

No, I think it is You who is missing the point. I put the Video link on here because what he said rings very true. You say he is full of BS - And yet if you have watched the video you will see and hear that he is speaking what most on here think & feel, unless you think that is BS. btw: I am not defending him, but I do agree 100% with what he is saying.

I may be wrong but wasn't one of the few original Banner Bearers, when it was well dodgy and anything but safe because of all the Wenger Zombies.

If you are attacking him personally then that is your business, I've never met the bloke and have no desire to, however you Cannot say that the contents of video is BS, because it is a very articulate expression of what many WOB's think and feel, unless you think what he is saying is not right. ANd from what I can tell he doesn't see the FA Cup as the 'be all and end all', at least that how it comes across in the video.

Like I said you seem to have a problem with him, you need to be able to differentiate between what he is saying in the video and the person unless you are saying he is lying or being disingenuous, because for sure you seem to have a major beef with him.

And just out of interest have you been involved in any of the protests? or bearing a Banner in the stadium?

Absolutely correct. Did loads of banners the previous season but this season gone he turned up for the first couple of protests. He was at the City protest filming it and since then nothing except disagreeing with protests at the semi and the projections on the Friday before the scum. Like Wenger, living on past glorys. Talks a good game but lacking action.

I said two years ago before he signed his last contract that I thought he was aiming for fergies 23 year record,this new contract takes him to 23 years also,whats the odds on one more year after that to make him the record holder and in his own head and giving him a 'god ' like status,the elephant in the room though is the trophy haul or lack of it compared to fergie

23 years is fine, if you were still bringing success. Don't get me wrong here Fergie is / was a different animal to Wenger. Wenger did well 5-10 years ago to keep us in the top 4 when Man City were pitching our best players every summer.

However I feel it is totally useless & unless us fans boycott matches and don't buy goods little will change. This season I think we will finish 4-5-6 again, the Thursday - Sunday will have a serious effect on our players, the 'soft ones' Walnut, etc( unless Theo is offloaded) the 23 years really means very little.

It is extremely sad how money and self interest control so much in football now. You look how Wigan, Blackburn, Villa, etc have fallen with foreign owners. Wenger should of gone this summer, I hope it doesn't end as I think it will with him being forced out next summer on health grounds.

I meet AW many years back circ 2008 I think, anyway he is a smart guy no doubt and changed our club beyond our wildest dreams in the first 10-12 years. However, if he really feels he can changes on field tactics & team selection then good luck to the gut. I have serious doubts my self.

I think for a guy like football is the only thing in his life, Fergie, other guys retiring have other interests.

My point wasn't that what he said was wrong, but he is the wrong guy to say it. So if John Cross says a legitimate point about Wenger, should we listen, when the guy has been full of shit, so many times in the past? I didn't claim that he talks about the FA cup, being the 'be all and end all', but i would again question, what about his actions? He dropped the protests for the FA cup semi-final, what does that tell you about how important he places the competition, above wanting Wenger out? I have zero problem with him personally, as i don't know the guy, but i think he has proven, he doesn't stick to his convictions. Also, i haven't joined the protests. as i don't live in the country, and have zero intention of spending a cent of my money towards this rotten regime.

Brilliant post I think most people on that channel(apart from the crazies like Ty or Chris) simply react to each game, and don't build up a view based over time. I've wanted Wenger gone for years, and no positive result,( even an FA cup win as great as last weekend's) would see me abandon that. I think the AFTV viewpoint goes for a large amount of our fan base. No matter how many negative results we see, just get one good one, and everything's great again.

Of course Mugabe is still going, with 37 years. There are also a couple of African Dictators still going, Uganda/Angola, so there are people ahead of him at this point in History.
