As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
"Arsenal have reportedly made a bid for Real Madrid’s James Rodriguez this summer but it’s believed to be below Los Blancos’ asking price.
According to the Metro, sources in Spain are claiming that Arsenal made an official bid for the Colombian midfielder. The offer is said to fall short of Madrid’s £70m valuation."
Now this I believe because it's so typically Arsenal.
Jesus. It's so typical Arsene PLC... I can picture Wenger on the phone trying to buy Jose BigNamePlayer from AnyClub FC;
"Oh, he's valued at £100million, huh...? and Barca have offered £120million...? Ok... we offer... £75million..."

This is why the old fucker is so out of the loop he needs Gazidis to hold his hand...
Let's go to Nice and put a rumour round that we are going to spend with Monaco, mmmmm we will have to wait until the season tickets are purchased, hopefully Real Madrid will not announce their marquis signing until we have sold all ST's....

Well the rumour now is they are in France to sign Lacazette, great I hear you say!, except he's not MBappe and will likely be replacing Sanchez rather than adding to the squad, yes I can see it now.. we sign Lacazette in the next week or so (in time for ST renewals ) then when they are out of the way we sell Sanchez. Oh no you don't I say!, I'm not falling for that old trick

Yes, much more realistic.
Has been tempted by £200k a week and the promise of being able to do what he wants, when he wants.
BARCELONA have prepared an opening £20million bid for Arsenal full-back Hector Bellerin after “agreeing personal terms”.
Nothing Barcelona, or Arsenal for that matter, would do in transfer dealings would surprise me..but this is surely a breach of rules if true..
Difference is if it was the other way (transfer) it would be £80million...
Oh and just to put a finer point on it, why oh why do we pay inflated prices for so called average at best "Carlos Kickaballs",
Give them contracts which give them a wet dream every night, and then fucking realise they find it gard in the Premiership, and cry for mummy when they can't hack it!....
Rant over!
Brexit means Brexit....

Arsenal could be forced to lower their £15million asking price for Kieran Gibbs with a host of interested clubs so far unwilling to meet that valuation.
