Re: The Fake News Summer Transfer Thread
The problem here is that with all the goings on what we tend to forget that waht we really need is a midfielder with the quality of
Santini Cazorla who may not be fit to play for us ever again.
Without him we are consigned to a life of Ramsey !

Re: The Fake News Summer Transfer Thread
We've been saying it for a while now I know, but this really is groundhog season for the club. Last year was the first time we've seen wide ranging and sustained protests against Wenger and the management, gathering pace as the season fizzled out yet again. The cat is well and truly out of the bag.
We're going into yet another season where we look under prepared and under strength. Lacazette may or may not turn out to be a good signing in time, but if our summer business is Lacazette in and Sanchez out, we'll have regressed further than the shit show we saw last season.
It seems pretty clear that despite Wenger's connections, we can't immediately attract young French talent like Mbappe or Lemar as we used to do. Similarly we aren't in a financial position to compete with the obscene sums being thrown around by the bankrolled clubs.
Very concerning.

"Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez kissed the club badge in front of the cameras during training on Thursday. (Telegraph)"
And interpreted another way - It is an Open training session so he kisses the badge to show - yes, I love Arsenal FC and The Fans - But the manager is an Utter Trolley Looney Tunes Wankker and so I cannot stay and play under the Fool so this is my way of saying farewell to the fans.

Re: The Fake News Summer Transfer Thread
Why so gloomy? It's going to be a giant shit show when the wheels fall off again. More intense protests, more fights in the stands, Wenger getting abuse from all corners, Gazidis hiding like the spineless worm that he is. Not even looking forward to the football anymore because we all know what will happen on that front. It will be a laugh, can't wait.worthing_gooner wrote: ↑Fri Aug 04, 2017 8:56 amWe've been saying it for a while now I know, but this really is groundhog season for the club. Re: The Fake News Summer Transfer Thread
In a sadistic way I'm looking forward to the new season, you're all looking at it backwards!!
This season is going to be so full of bullshit excuses from OGL and his disciples our bingo cards are going to be complete by October, there's going to have to be a whole new line in excuse making from ArsenalPLC PR department.
His whole recruitment and retention policy has been a farce for years and once again another transfer window goes by with a whimper, we are the joke club at the top of the PL and will be until OGL, Kroenke et al go.

Re: The Fake News Summer Transfer Thread
I see Mahrez is trying to force his way out of Leicester - that must be music to TO1AW's ears, as its exactly the sort of two bob featherweight c.unt he'd like to dress up as an exciting deadline day signing. It'll be him or the other flaky prick from Monaco, and no sight of a decent keeper, centre half or midfielder.
Another season of shite. 7th place - mark my words. United, City, Scum, Liverpool, Everton and Chavski will be over the hills and far away by Christmas. This is the new normal

Re: The Fake News Summer Transfer Thread
Indeed and the two (3?) stooges - AW, SK and IG will conspire again to reduce ticket prices slightly to "make up" for our new level, in the full knowledge that it will make f*ck all difference to the bottom line with the new TV money now in place, still it will keep the AKB's and tourists happy which is all that matters, right?.SteveO 35 wrote: ↑Sat Aug 05, 2017 11:01 amI see Mahrez is trying to force his way out of Leicester - that must be music to TO1AW's ears, as its exactly the sort of two bob featherweight c.unt he'd like to dress up as an exciting deadline day signing. Going 38 games unbeaten was incredible but we have paid a hefty price for doing so it seems.. 10, 20, 30... years of purgatory

So many c**ts.. Wenger, Kroenke, PHW, Fiszman, Chips, Ivan, Dick Law, DD (debatable!). Then we have the yes men like Bould, Primorac and most of the coaching staff, fair play to Jonker for showing a bit of ambition and buggering off..
All the AKB's and trippers blame the likes of Nasri, RvP, Cesc etc. I don't, it is the names above that are the real c**ts.
Re: The Fake News Summer Transfer Thread
I thought Mahrez was sensational for Leicester. Player of the season who, when the pressure of winning a title with Leicester was well and truly in squeaky bum time, didn't crumble and carried on scoring and assisting.SteveO 35 wrote: ↑Sat Aug 05, 2017 11:01 amI see Mahrez is trying to force his way out of Leicester - that must be music to TO1AW's ears, as its exactly the sort of two bob featherweight c.unt he'd like to dress up as an exciting deadline day signing. - to describe someone like that as two-bob is a tad harsh

Personally, I'd be quite happy with Mahrez and Sanchez cutting in from the wings. Both can score and assist.
Re: The Fake News Summer Transfer Thread
Sanchez cannot be sold. Although I get the feeling we will sell very late in the transfer window so they wont feel the pressure ti sign a replacement.
Remember, they kept Welbecks long term injury hush and announced it.........after the transfer window had closed.
I cannot comprehend why some fans still trust Wenger and the club.

Valencia boss Marcelino has confirmed he’s keeping tabs on three potential defensive recruits, including Arsenal’s Gabriel.
Sell, Sell, Sell!!
Infact how about two for the price of one?, throw in Debuchy for nothing.
