So if I understand this correctly, we are now stuck with a player worth £60m who doesn't want to play for us. He will therefore end up joining City in January for £30m whilst we sign someone utterly fucking shit for either £20m or someone utterly fucking average for £90m. What a fucking mess. No but someone should be responsible for £77M being pissed down the drain, but as per usual under Wiggy and Wanker noone will be held responsible, can anyone honestly imagine any of the following Man U, Man C, Chelsea, Victims or even the Spuds allowing £77M walk out the door with no return on the investment, it is utterly utterly reprehensible and exactly why i maintain Wiggy is equally as responsible as Wanker because he should not be allowing these situations to happen under the manager he appointed.

Again, I agree entirely with this and as Office said, it's been very easy to forget the ozil situation. If Sanchez isn't sold, that will be our two "star" players walking away for nothing. Allowing contracts to run down is negligence and mismanagement of criminal proportions, especially with players of this value, but it's hardly new, we've seen it all before. As usual, the old fraud is too much of an egomaniac to ever think he has anything to learn.

That must be what, five or six players whose contracts have been allowed to get to their final year this Summer ? Totally inexcusable and way, way beyond farce, but you know what ? I'm fucking glad.

I reckon any Business Manager/CFO who let some contracts lapse to the tune of £77M in any other sort of business might be in a slight bit of bother with the owner, but not our glorious leader

Hmm Swansea just got Renato Sanchez on a season long deal from Bayern, now that's a good deal for a club like them

A good Manager looks at his squad weaknesses and tries to strengthen them, but Wenger, fuck knows whos team he is looking at but it isn't ours, or our rivals, or other team in our league, actually any team on this planet......

Swansea only managed to secure the deal because Paul Clement used to be Ancelotti's assistant. There's no permanent deal written into the agreement. It's an excellent deal for them no less and that's a manager making good use of his contacts.

It just occurred to me the other that gone are the days when every young French talent wanted to come to Arsenal. Wonga was marginalised all our ex French players when they could've played an excellent ambassadorial role in helping us convince them to join. Instead we have this bumbling skeletal creature driving them away because the agents know he's long past his sell by date and joining us would be career suicide. Lacazette would be at Atletico by now if not for their transfer ban. We couldn't even get Jamie fucking Vardy to join us. Not that he was what we needed.
