The game is actually shit tbh. City have been almost as poor as us. So wasteful, against any other team they would be at least 3 up. Wenger's deal with the devil......

I'm starting to understand now how it must have felt to be an Everton fan over the past 15 years or so.

The season starts and you know you're going to be too good to go down, not a hope in hell of winning the league, and head into the big away games hoping that you keep the score down and don't get a tonking. Occasionally you might win or draw the odd one in ten, and you never know....if you play your cards right you might end up with the ultimate wet dream of a place in the Europa League

I honestly think we'll get at them,Stones looks like an accident waiting to happen,it's just whether we take the chance or not, they over-play way too much at the back,

Formation is all wrong, but what do we know?

I always gave Xhaka a fair shake to prove himself and didn't write him off as early as most did...he's shit, embarrassing waste of money spent.

What must our most expensive ever striker thinking sitting on the bench? Has the penny dropped for him that he's signed for a banter club with a clown manager?

Xaha, Coquelin and Iwobi are all poor players....getting exposed and over run most of the first half, rallied slightly at the end of the half without no cutting edge or real conviction.....interesting 2nd half coming up

Massive difference in the 2 teams play, City are way better, cannot see any real tactics from Wenger, see they are trying to press without any success as City pass it so well....ah yes and Sanchez taking corners, WTF is that all about???

That 1st half was a perfect example of how Wenger is a clueless wanker. We start off with a very defensive formation, and when we go behind, he doesn't attempt to change things, as though magically it will fix itself. Also, as crazy as not starting Lacazette is, why start Sanchez? He is a brilliant player, but it's clear he's had his head turned. How many times has he given the ball away, with minimal pressure on. Those two corners he took, were beyond shit. The game should be over already, but City will gradually pull away from us, and win 2 or 3-0, to give Wenger the illusion that we were competitive.

we have no front line......Sanchez drops deep to get the ball leaving us relying on midfielders to support but most of them are back in our half still worried about the next City attack! We need a striker on and I'm not talking lamppost! It's just a little bit embarrassing.....again. We are a mid table team punching above our weight.

Don't worry mate, we've got the Lamppost and Wally on the bench, let alone Joe L'Average. An embarrassment of riches :D

I actually think this would have been an ideal game for Lacazette, they have a weak defence who like to get forward meaning he would have had plenty of space, instead we have no focal points for our attack with Sanchez trying to give the game to Shitty
