Seriously I would settle for a player that showed the same srt of passion that he did on Saturday.

39 yrs old can't run but tried everything, scored the winner and sobbed his heart out!!!

Oh for some playrs that cared as much as we do!! :barscarf: :barscarf:

According to the Daily Mail:

"Arsenal, meanwhile, are on the trail of Swiss international prodigy Eren Derdiyok. Manager Arsene Wenger has been impressed by the 19-year-old, who has just helped FC Basel win a league and cup double — and who also interests Newcastle.

Striker Derdiyok scored a spectacular goal against England on his national debut as Switzerland lost 2-1 at Wembley in February. Basel have already rejected a £2.5m bid for the teenager from Turkish club Trabzonspor."

Linked with Wayne Hennessey but mentioning 8 million in the article, is stretching its credibility :?

Another young Welsh guy we are linked to, Aaron Ramsey:

And it looks like both Crystal Palace and Norwich want Gavin Hoyte for loan. Seeing how Cashley came after Crystan Palace move, it'd be welcome 8)

Well we have supposedly had a £5M bid for Ramsey turned down by Cardiff.

Not sure Gavin Hoyte is quite ready yet for a loan, think he needs another season in reserves, then a loan spell, then consider if he is good enough for first team.

i think that we have been linked with
1. aqualani
2. ben arfa
3. coquelin
4. chantome
5. de la red
6. diego
7. eto'o
8. gomez
9. kranjcar
10. martins
11. nasri
12. robinho
13. richards
14. toure (yaya)
15. villa
16. veloso
17. zarate

All or some of these would be brilliant for arsenal.

Daily Star now copied my idea of swapping Hleb for Yaya Toure.
