Well, basically I think they do/did the same role for their respective clubs, as far as I know. Being the sporting director or something like that.

I belive Arnesen acts as a chief scout and tactical consultant, whereas Dein did some of that scouting role but was more involved in the financial side of players contracts.

Arnesen cannot be totally discounted, the longer Chelsea wait to announce the new boss the more difficult it will be for him to shape his team as some transfer targets may have already been sold by the time new boss takes charge.

he hasn't got the job yet! :lol: ...and he won't! (or at least he shouldn't)

Mancini is another tactician..and we're led to believe that Abramovich wants entertaining football, so is bringing in an Italian who was in charge of a dull, efficient Inter side going to make sense? not to me :wink:

If Mancini is brought in, then it just makes a joke of the decision to sack Mourinho in the first place, as mancini seems to have the same dull football philosophy...defend, defend, fluke a goal, defend :roll:

I thought Rijkaard (until Ten Carte was sacked!) so now I'm just not sure :?

who knows, maybe John Terry will get the nod....that arrogant chav crunt seems to think he's a future Chelsea boss, so why not throw him to the wolves now :twisted:

Sven Göran Eriksson for sure. he loves money...to earn and to be able to spend on plaeyrs, he already lives in london and seems very happy there,

unfortunately as he is a really good manager and will definitely win titles with the amount of money Cska will offer him....Lets just hope I'm wrong though and they go with Mark "I'm just a thin Sam Alladyce" Hughes... :barscarf:
