Saw MOTD last night, penalty or not (first one) I thought Jon Moss was very poor, he hadn't a clue , he consulted with the linesman who I thought gave a sensible answer. Moss was clueless still and asked fourth official Martin Atkinson for help , but then said " I'm giving the penalty"...unless Atkinson said Lovern touched it how did he come to the decision?
