just checked to see what ticket sales were like for the 2nd leg - amazingly the ground has pretty much sold out!
Only 2000 arsenal with tickets going...had allocation of 4000 with an option of a further 1000 if sold....

Real have left Bale, Modric, Kroos, and Isco on their bench against PSG. Meanwhile, our bench on Thursday will be Iwobi and Nketiah.

I think he will go at the end of the year because he’s a financial disaster. Gone are the days where a strong financial return (full ground, CL money, good commercial pull) against relatively prudent expenditure delivered Wiggy exactly what he wanted.
What financial benefit does him being in charge bring Wiggy at this stage? He’s generally content to not bet spend much - that’s about it. And stacked up against the fact that he earns more than a replacement would, spunks away tens of millions a year on excess wages and moreover is doing real long-term damage to the club’s footballing and commercial revenues, that’s a fucking disaster for Kroenke.
There would be good managers queuing halfway across London wanting to manage the club even if they weren’t going to be provided the transfer kitty of City and United. All Wiggy cares about is money, and Wenger isn’t making him much of that any more.

Interesting article about Rino Gattuso and his managerial career. One things for sure Milan won’t be handing Wenger a get out of jail card, this tie will have to won with good preparation and effort. I can’t see it happening.

I've thought for a while they meant financially competitive, nothing about the team being competitive.

Franz Beckenbauer was nicknamed ''Der Kaiser'' . Real Madrid is an anagram of:
Der mad liar
No such thing as coincidences! Wenger should have been their manager for 6 months or so!

Milan are 11/10 to win tomorrow.
Am I missing something or is that not the bet of the season.
We are going there with Welbeck as lead striker so unlikely to win, and to draw would require a defensive masterclass.
Not happening either!
