THE WENGER THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I still think Wenger is safe because he makes Arsenal money. God knows where it goes but I really think Kroenke is scared to sack him due to the good state of Arsenals finance. Not being in Champ League won't be enough for him to lose his job.

Thats my worry too. Add the fact that Kroenke would have to pay around £10m to get Wenger out this summer ... I just cannot see it happening :banghead:

The 100s of millions Wenger has been stealing from the club during his tenure would make 10m a real bargain. I say pay it NOW!

Totally agree mate, just hope Kroenke can be persuaded to see it that way too.

Absolutely. This is the fuckwit who scouted Kante twice before he joined Leicester and told our glorious leader that he was a no go. Nice one Gilles fuck me we don't want a crappy DM at our place do we?.....and Gilles an average player is perhaps a bit on the generous side! :)

Grimaldi was shite -realise he is a typical Aw signing.

Recall his red card at Barca for elbowing Pep.Only Kanu saved us with a equalizer.

BTW if he wins this they will give him a new 3 year contract -think about that.

Kim Jongs pact with Louis Cipher continues. Ah well, next round we will get tonked by a manager with tactics. Might only be by one goal but the divide will be clear in terms of players following instructions, as opposed to go out there and work it out amongst yourselves.

PS that was a good win by the team, I am so conflicted, you C-unit W-anchor

I noticed Bould wagged an angry finger at someone from his seated position last night.

Something's changed?

Before the AKB's get carried away *** from ANR ***

Myles adds:

Atletico Madrid are favourites for the Europa Cup.

They beat Lokomotiv Moscow 3-0 last night.

Atletico have Diego Costa, Griezmann,Koke and Saul, who scored with a 35-yard rocket.

Fiery coach Diego Simeone demands intensity. Always.

Can’t see this Arsenal beating Atletico over two legs or in a final.

CORRECT!!

With Wenger's luck someone else will knock them out for us ... and we'll play someone like Salzburg in the final
