It's back, other games this weekend

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

City best team ever? Lost 3 on the bounce and spurs will do them at the weekend making it 4. Crisis????
It wasn't that long ago we lost 4 in a row and everybody lost their fucking minds.
Well, Liverpool have beaten Roma and Real Madrid in European cup finals already, Bayern Munich next?
Would love Juventus to turn it around.
Even if they were to lose to spuds, they'll win the league with ease to put alongside the league cup. Hardly a crisis to compare to our useless crunts mate.
But no, you observe correctly, they aren't the best team ever, and don't even come close to the incredible side we once possessed imo.
Their league record now is not as good as Arsenal's 1990/91 team.
They seem to be limping over the line. They are becoming predictable and stale and I imagine they now think this season will never end.
I missed most of that season as I was travelling around America, wasn’t the only game we lost against the chavs was while Tony Adams was behind bars, could have been our first invincibles :?
Yes only defeat was in January at Stamford Bridge...Not only was TA away at the time, in that game Steve Bould went off injured at half time to be replaced by a young midfielder called David Hillier..Bould was immense that season and if it wasn't for his injury that day who knows? We may have had two invincible seasons in our history.

Who knows indeed?!

Bould also missed most of the following season where we played in the European Cup for the only time in my lifetime.

If Bould had been fit then we wouldnt have had the likes of Colin Pates and Andy Linighan in our defence the night we went out to Benfica. The final was at Wembley in 1992 ... again who knows?!

Hmm. Have the bin dippers ever played Juventus in a European final? Just wondering because I remember something about them killing a load of Italians once upon a time.
Yes, 1985 they lost that final that's why I didn't mention it.

Oh God we are going to listen to some shite now...They got four big decisions over two games,Don't think City done enough to win anyway They were too repetitive tonight .
But as in 2005 Liverpool got massive decisions over the two legs. Is it ironic that Roma knocked Barca out with Dzeko leading the line while City were crying out for a focal point in their attack ?

This ^^^ x 100000

Watching those scouse c.unts win last night made me feel suicidal - we are going to endure a ton of shite talk from those w**kers, and even more so should they get drawn against roma in the semi's :suicide:
Blimey, in work today all Liverpool supporters strutting like they've won the world cup.
Got to say when is UEFA going to do something about their supporters. Got us banned from Europe, major trouble in Turkey 2005, and now face 4 charges for the attack on an opponent coach. When will UEFA do anything?

Well if they do indeed punish them then make sure it's just them.
