The thing I will remember him for the most is the manager who made me stop caring about the team I've supported for 40 years+

Thanks for that you old scrote

Man U away - no longer bothered. Rather take the wife and mother-in-law to bingo

Conceding a late goal in the home leg of a European semi-final - a sort of "oh well" shrug of the shoulders and a chuckle at another defensive masterclass

Bashed 4-0 at Anfield - ahh well, been there seen that (times many)

30+ points off the title - haven't challenged for it in 14 years, what's new. Stop even looking at the league results past September

More money wasted on dross - not my money, hope he fucks the yank c.unt over anyway

Drive to Nottingham to see a bunch of kids get wiped out in one of the cups we can win - water off a duck's back

In summary - there's nothing left for him to do that could make me feel anymore indifference towards my team.......and there's no bigger crime than that.....which is why in my mind he'll always be a complete and utter c.unt

Spot on.
I stopped going 12 years ago. After attending since mid '70's.
I stopped stressing 8 years ago.
I stopped caring 4 years ago.
I started to agree with the piss taking of our club, a while back

Didn't Wenger's face on Sunday when getting his pressie from Whiskey Nose remind you of the unpopular kid who had a lavish birthday party just to have friends for a day?

They only came for the goodie bag at the end of the party.....which in Mourinho’s case, was another easy 3 points.

Has Wenger left Arsenal in better shape than Fergie left Man Utd when he eventually left?

I would say the next manager has a better chance than Moyes had. For a start 6 key players left/ retired with Fergie. They were champions, and the only way is down from there. The squad Moyes was left with had a lot less quality than ours does.

I'd say Wenger has left the club at its lowest point for 23 years, with a squad that needs proper coaching and defensively organising. We do have top4, league challenging potential, just Wenger couldn't do it anymore. But he's left it set up for next man to be successful.

Fergie Vs Wenger - The Feud.
Brilliant documentary on channel 5. Really gets the blood going and the frustration at what Wenger's Arsenal has lacked for the last 10 years.
